  • It is an Holiday House located in one of the most beautiful and exclusive areas of the sicilian coast. It is located on a cliff just 100 m from the sea (reefs), has a lovely sea view and a unique natural landscape characterized by spontaneous dwarf palm trees behind a turquoise sea. It is only 2,5 km from the center of San Vito Lo Capo, about 800 meters from the famous tuna, 2,5 km from the white sandy beach and 4 km from the Zingaro Nature Reserve. It 'a lovely place to spend an unforgettable holiday.
    The house is as follows: 2 bedrooms, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor area (with gazebo, barbecue, deck chairs, etc..) And is equipped with every comfort (air conditioning in every room, tv satellite, etc.). Free WiFi is offered throughout the property.
    The Casale is a large Holiday House. It's divided into 3 independent houses with a private outdoor space. The 3 houses only share the parking, the pool area, and a large external garden of 7,000 square meters around the Casale.

None with a view like this!

Casale is a rare treasure waiting to be discovered. I have stayed at many places as I come in Sicily yearly. This is by far the best I have ever stayed in. The villa is superbly renovated to a high standard, location... Well,That speaks for itself. I can tell you....None with a view like this! I highly recommend this villa. 6 stars.

Breathtaking experience

Sicily... an island where time doesn't exist... It's like you are on some other planet where colours are more intensive and everything is more beautiful than at any other place in the world.. From the first moment when I arrived I was amaized by great hospitality . Domenico is the best host ever.. He was there to meet any of my wishes, organize cruises, book the restaurants. As for villa itself, it is just as it is described ... A unique style of house with stone cladding, it's something I have never seen before..and it was fantastic!! Villa is situated on the top of the hill so the view is simply breathtaking... I have spent hours and hours there, relaxing on the balcony, while watching the famous sunset and sunrise . There are no words to describe them... I would highly recomend this Villa and looking forward to going there again!!

The best place in Sicily

We really enjoyed staying there, we felt in a magical place. Amazing Place, with great view and easy to find .The rooms are clean spacious and very nice decorated. We had a very warm welcome from the owner and he was always happy help any time during our stay in Villa. The Location is Close to all must see attractions. The only think we didn't like is that we had to leave... We will come again soon.

Fabulous house with great views

We only stayed at Casale for 7 days and by the end we wished we could have stayed longer. The apartment is decorated beautifully in a very homely manner whilst still maintaining that holiday feel. As many others have described the view from the terrace was stunning and a fantastic way to start and end the day by. Located in front of Cala Firriato, the house is ideally situated for exploring the surrounding beaches, of which our favourite was Bue Marino, as well as visiting some of the nearby towns: Palermo, Trapani, Marsala, segesta, Selinunte, Mazara and Erice. A special mention has to go to Domenico who was the most accommodating and attentive host and provided us with everything we needed for our short stay making it that much more special! Highly recommend!

Ideal romantic getaway

Just back from a lovely, relaxing stay in Sicily. The Casale was great, one of the highest house we've stayed in, well furnished, with everything you could need. The terrace was great and the views stunning. This was the first holiday where we booked through homeaway and had to pay the owner directly through bank. This did cause us worries about how legitimate the listing was. But Domenico answered every email promptly (with 2 hours) and we found the booking and payment of the apartment to be a very smooth and easy transaction. The apartment was everything that was promised from the description and pictures. The view from the terrace across the sea and bays was breathtaking and worth staying in this apartment alone. The property was clean, fresh and well appointed. There was a large fridge freezer and sufficient plates, seats, glasses etc for six people, even though only myself and my fiancée stayed here. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had a very good level of pressure and was hot if required. We did not watch TV so cannot comment on whether there were english channels or not, but the TV looked new and was a good size. The terrace area was very spacious and had a wooden table and 6 wooden chairs, and there was a couple of easy chairs on the balcony to lounge in after a hard day at the beach. The WiFi connection was excellent, and we connected all our devices. You really need a car to get the best of your stay. We fell in love with this Casale and this corner of Sicily. I would like to hope that it is on our radar for future holidays.

luogo che porterò sempre nel cuore

Il Casale è molto ben curato e silenzioso. Posizione incantevole, situato nel mezzo di una giardino di olivi e palme nane. Zona fantastica dal punto di vista paesaggistico e naturalistico. La vista sul mare è davvero pazzesca e fare colazione la mattina guardando questo spettacolo della natura non ha prezzo.. E' un luogo dall'atmosfera davvero unica. La casa è abbastanza comoda ed arredata con eleganza, decisamente oltre la media nei minimi particolari, bella ed allo stesso tempo efficiente. La cucina ha tutti gli elettrodomestici incluso un forno funzionale e una lavatrice ottima. Per altro non manca nulla; sia per la biancheria che per gli accessori. Pulizia impeccabile. Ma oltre tutto questo, che volendo (basta pagare) si può trovare anche da altre parti, quello che mi ha stupito è l'ospitalità e la disponibilità di Domenico, sempre presente per un consiglio su un ristorante o su una spiaggia da visitare, una bravissima persona. Ogni aspetto del soggiorno è stato positivo, quindi non posso non dare il massimo al Casale, un luogo che porterò sempre nel cuore.

dalle fotoe dalla descrizione mi aspettavo di più

ho passato una settimana nell'alloggio mirto e nel complesso devo dire che la location non è male l'area esterna la vista ecc..., il padrone di casa è stato veramente cortese e disponibilissimo, a differenza secondo me di chi gestisce la clientela per la proprietà, in quanto al mio arrivo (comunicato via mail) l'ufficio dove ritirare le chiavi era chiuso, dopo aver chiamato e aver atteso 15 minuti circa siamo stati accompagnati presso l'alloggio da un ragazzo credo il figlio del titolare dell'agenzia (in quanto non si è presentato) che una volta giunti a destinazione ha verificato che il frigo fosse accesso e il gas in cucina funzionasse e se ne andato senza nessun'altra verifica o spiegazione sul funzionamento del resto dell'alloggio, difatti ho dovuto fermarlo e chiedergli per il versamento del saldo dell'affitto, ho poi dovuto chiamare il proprietario per poter vedere la tv e per la password del wifi, inoltre nel soggiorno su cinque diverse tipologie di lampadari ne funzionavano solo 2, in cucina non c'era l'accendi gas e una luce adeguata, una pentola era bucata e la pulizia generale al nostro arrivo era appena sufficiente. Peccato perchè come ripeto il proprietario è una persona veramente cortese e l'immobile potrebbe essere ancora migliore con poche attenzioni ai particolari che fanno sempre la differenza.

Vacances de rêve dans un cadre idyllique

Nous avons passé deux semaines parfaites. On se sent tout de suite chez soi et tout invite à la relaxation et au farniente : les maisons sont très accueillantes, chaleureuses et possèdent tout le confort nécessaire pour apprécier encore davantage notre séjour : rien ne manquait ! De plus la déco est très jolie et dans le style épuré et naturel de la Sicile. La cour ombragée est un havre de paix et donne envie de se mettre à table. La terrasse invite au repos sous le soleil... ou à l'ombre ! La vue que l'on a depuis la terrasse sur la mer est magnifique, particulièrement au lever du soleil. Tout est très propre et bien tenu. Autre point très appréciable. Il faut, bien sûr, une voiture pour se déplacer dans la région environnante et faire les courses, mais c'est ainsi que l'on peut jouir d'un cadre calme et d'une belle tranquillité. Nous reviendrons sûrement en Sicile car c'est une île unique et inoubliable, d'une beauté saisissante.

AMAZING BAY VIEWS AND BEAUTIFUL INTERIOR DESIGN!

What a wonderful house. The owner Domenico was very helpful. This was our first visit to Western Sicily and we could not have wished for more. This house has everything you could need,tastefully furnished and along with the fantastic views was more than we could have wished for. The only words I can use to 'rate' this apartment are superlatives. For me, it was the ultimate stay over. Everything was beautiful and so well looked after. It's a very, very special place to stay. If we ever revisit we would certainly book again.

Spectacular View

We loved staying in this beautifully decorated house with a spectacular view of the bay. The house has totally comfortable bedding, great air conditioning, and a fully stocked kitchen. The photos cannot capture the amazing view; it was a pleasure each day to see the Sunrise with sail boats. We will definitely return again when we visit our family in Sicily. Wonderful view

We booked this villa last minute, and everything went very smoothly. Cannot fault this idyllic getaway on the Sicilian Coast. Exceeded all expectations. Fantastic view to wake up to every morning. A beautiful spot for vacation! Very clean and well-maintained house. The perfect place to return to each evening to chill out, after visiting Erice, Segesta, Selinunte, Favignana, etc. Comfortable, practical, perfect location and great value. Hope to return soon.

Excellent location and physical atmosphere

Villa Casale has the most amazing views you can find. Our evenings were spent after dinner looking out an the tranquil setting. The villa itself is nicely done, a great layout, perfect combination of indoor and outdoor with an amazing view. Great location with so many lovely beaches only a 5 min car ride, many to explore and most beaches well suited for children. we will come back soon :-)

Loved it!

What an incredible place!! I visited "Il Casale" and became in love with it instantly. The house has a unique view of the bay. The house itself holds a magical enchantment. All is beautiful The house, the garden,peace, silence and colours. I went in last September for a week with my husband and 2 friends. Also position is strategic, near the beaches and, only if it want, to the mondanity. I think to go again this September Highly recommended!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Blick

Casale ist ein sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Wir haben dort zu Zweit für 2 Wochen unseren Urlaub außerhalb der Hauptreisezeit verbracht. Es war daher sehr ruhig. In der Anlage, in der es sich befindet waren wir die meiste Zeit alleine. Der Garten und die Außenterasse sind herrlich. Man kann sich sehr gut im und um das Haus aufhalten und es sich gemütlich machen. Mit dem Auto 3min entfernt befinden sich mind. 2 sehr gute Supermärkte mit einem super Angebot an frischem Fisch, Fleisch, Gemüse, Wurst und Käse. Eine Straße weiter ist eine Gelateria mit sehr leckerem Eis. Die Strände sind in 5-10min mit dem Auto erreichbar und sind herrlich. Es gibt ein großes Angebot an Badebuchten, so dass man quasi täglich abwechseln kann. Fazit: wenn man im Urlaub keinen Trubel sucht, sehr empfehlenswert!

Ein Wort: Fantastisch

Ein Wort: Fantastisch. Wir (Ehepaar mit kleinem Kind) haben Ferien in diesem Haus im August und September (11 Tage) verbracht. Für die Zeit dort gibt es nur ein Wort: Fantastisch. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus ist es für uns allein schon Wert gewesen. Denn morgens mit diesem Blick aufzustehen und dann den Abend mit Meeresblick und Mondschein ausklingen zu lassen, ist etwas Besonderes. Alles Weitere in der Wohnung war absolut OK und im Top-Zustand. Wir haben direkt vor dem Haus geschnorchelt und auch wie viele andere Familien mit kleinem Kind (3 Jahre) natürlich auch den wunderschönen und herrlichen Strand von San Vito genutzt, der nur wenige Fahrtminuten (5 min) entfernt ist, also beides toll und prima in jeglicher Hinsicht. Zum Vermieter können wir nur eines sagen: Wir können uns keinen freundlicheren, entgegenkommenderen und gleichzeitig respektvolleren Vermieter vorstellen. Er hat dieser Zeit einen ganz besonderen Touch gegeben und uns immer wieder mit seiner freundlichen und feinen, nicht aufdringlichen und doch sehr aufmerksamen Art zur Seite gestanden und uns den Urlaub auch im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes versüßt. Vielen lieben Dank! 5 volle Sterne für alles. Gerne empfehlen wir wärmstens dieses Appartement weiter und hoffen dort bald wieder schöne Tage verbringen zu können!

Traum für Naturliebhaber

Die Lage des Hauses ist einzigartig. Es liegt direkt an einem Felsstrand mit eigenem Meerzugang, die letzten Meter ist die Badestelle direkt in den Fels gehauen. Selbst wenn man nicht im kristallklaren Meer schnorchelt, kann man ( mit den Kindern) Felstümpel und kleinen Wasserbuchten erforschen. In den Naturpark Zingaro sind es nur 10 Autominuten und wenn man Lust auf einen langen Sandstrand hat, ist San Vito nur 5 min entfernt. Das Haus selbst ist sehr ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. In der Nebensaison kann das Haus angenehm beheizt werden, was wir manchmal zu schätzen wussten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist noch die Außendusche mit Warmwasser! Domenico, der Vermieter, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn man ein wenig italienisch kann, freut er sich gute Tipps zum Urlaub zu geben. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Lovely house and great view

I stayed here with my hubby and 3 kids for 1 week and I honestly cannot fault it at all. Kitchen is spacious with all necessary for cooking. Bedrooms are very beautiful with convient beds. Very good Wi-Fi. There is also aircon in every room which was much needed at night. The location of this villa is also superb, its just far enough away from the noise of San Vito but you can drive into town/beach in 5mins. As you can see from the pictures the view is also fantastic and we enjoyed many evenings outside on the large verander with a glass or two of vino! In terms of the villa itself it is very well equipped, all modern furnishing, comfy beds and all nice and clean.

A true escape to paradise!

On our arrival we found a very clean and tidy house. Great atmosphere. The pictures online are what attracted me, and unlike past vacations, I was not disappointed upon arrival. The views were amazing and the villa was beautiful. They were very clean and the staff was very helpful. Every need was taken care of, over and beyond, and every recommendation was just what we wanted. We had a great holiday in this large villa! No exceptions. I would recommend Casale San Vito to all my friends and relatives,and I myself, will return.

Extraordinary villa

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. It was an amazing place to share holiday time with family and friends. The views simply breathtaking. The communication and customer service with George, the owner was excellent. We would totally recommend this home - the memories will last a lifetime!

Fantastic location and great accomodations!

We had a terrific stay in this wonderful house. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Everything you would ever need has been included and this makes for a hastle free vacation. The location is ideal. The most amazing part of the place is its location right next to shore, where the waves crash on the rocks. The sound of the waves is a white noise relaxer, and the wind keeps the temperature perfect. Having breakfast out on the porch by the waves is not to be beat. The place is really quiet and has nice furniture and lighting, new fixtures. It's not hard to imagine that the place is always booked, but everything feels so fresh and new! We definitely recommend this house -- its beautiful, comfortable, and the owner is so gentle. We hope to return.

Awesome!

The only word that should be used to describe Casale is "Perfect". Perfect location, perfect condo, perfect weather, perfect scenery. This unit has everything and anything you want or need to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable in every way. The views from terrace and the sound of the surf make this a relaxing place to be. The location enabled us to see the entire area in great comfort. We will definitely return. Oliver

Exactly as described and just what we wanted!!

We had a truly wonderful holiday at Casale in July 2015 - we had expected great things from the description of the villa, and were not disappointed. The views down to the bay was spectacular, and very romantic in the evenings. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, superbly equipped. We did a few car excursions too. We also managed to hire a small boat relatively inexpensively. We ate all meals outside, breakfast and evening drinks on the terrace overlooking the bay, and lunch and supper on the table with the sea view. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to any couple or family. All in all, a truly memorable week.

Vous ne serez pas déçus !!

Nous avons redécouvert le charme de la location dans le cadre magnifique de San Vito Lo Capo. Nous avons été accueillis très généreusement et avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La chambre est très spacieuse, le salon se transforme aisément en chambre. Nous y avons passé de très bons moments en famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants).Maison parfaitement propre, très bien équipé, au calme. Petit déjeuner et douce soirée sur la terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la mer. La situation de cette location permet la visite de beaucoup de sites sans toutefois faire beaucoup de kilométrage. Nous nous réjouissons déjà d'y retourner l'année prochaine. Pour nous, c'est juste le paradis sur terre.... Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
