“Very Clean, comfortable and very easy to communicate ”

“Beautifully designed hotel with very generously sized rooms, and fantastic amenities. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, however bar staff were rude. Really love the hotel, but soundproofing between rooms is terrible - had to change rooms because of noise, but both rooms had the same noise problem.”

“The staff, as always, were pleasant, efficient and helpful. The kitchen was clean and well appointed. The apartment, a two bedroom apartment, was roomy and comfortable. I have stayed there many times and it will continue to be my first choice.”

“Central location to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Easy walk to North Williamstown train station. Apartment was clean and modern and good communication from staff. Highly recommend and would stay here again. ”

“The place was a great spot in Southbank. Within walking distance to the many of the features. Great gym and breakfast. A special shout out to Paul from the Edwin Cellars Bar. He knows his wine and is always happy to recommend great wines to try. ”

“Parking is secure, but the only issue that we had was parking on 1A and 2A getting our luggage up to the elevators. There are stairs. I would recommend that guests get their luggage out or load luggage on the first floor in the bays intended for registration. Our room was GREAT! It was roomy, clean, comfortable and quiet! Not sure how we rated a room on the 17th floor, but oh what a view! Thanks to the staff for meeting all of our needs!”

“Overall was a good place to stay. Towels when we arrived was hanging outside and didn’t appear to be clean. Stains on the carpet, bed head damaged and very dusty which had questions on how well the place is cleaned. Lots of dirty marks on the walls which again has questions on cleaning of the room. Overall it was a nice place to stay and would stay again. Just bit more detail of the cleaning. Also there was was empty cans and bottles on the balcony with cigarette bits in them”
