“I'll start with the negatives as there aren't many. The lobby was underwhelming and smelt like a sewer. The receptionist, although lovely asked me the same questions twice (every question) because she wasn't taking my answers in. The chocolate hour was also underwhelming with bits of gateaux that my daughter wasn't interested in. Now the positives, the family suite was so big, clean and really impressive.
