“This place is such a gem! It's clean, tidy, close to the beach, a short drive to amenities, and quiet.
I stayed in the romance suite with my six year old in room C (the one at the end) and it was MAGICAL. Beautiful trees, a salmon stream, and trees right outside the window. Beach across the street you can walk to and collect rocks.

“I feel the overall of this motel is good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is a motel so if you’re looking for a fancier option this isn’t it but for what it is, it’s good! Upon arrival the day manager was amazing. He was able accommodate us and put me and my friend in rooms next to each other. He even set up a private movie room for us and our kids at a sister hotel and they had We had an issue with our room that ”

Mark was very helpful and friendly.
Morning Mountain View was fantastic.
We could use the microwave for dinner and breakfast to heat up our food. Convenient store has variety of food and snacks even Alcohol. Great place to rest and enjoy night after skookumchuck narrows trailhead.

“Room was clean, batheroom was lovely and had very nice products, staff at check in/out were nice. Location was great!
Looks like the renovations aren't completely finished as our room needed proper window coverings, matching bedside lamps (one was truly awful!), had no wall decorations of any sort and needed another lamp in the corner as it was a very dark room. Bed was comfortable but it made a clanging down when you got i and out which was odd, like someone banging a steel drum. The chairs...

“As far as motels go, this is a better than average one. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were ok. My only issue was with noise transfer. I had my dog with me and because you could hear everyone going in and out their rooms, slamming doors and going up and down the stairs, my dog barked a lot! I’m sure that was annoying for everyone! This is something to note if you have your dog, or are sensitive to noise. Otherwise, staff were very friendly and no other complaints. ”
