Tranquillità, relax e comfort descrivono al meglio questa casa immersa nella natura assoluta nella baia di San Antonio. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia sabbiosa di Port d'Es Torrent e dal famoso Kumharas con tramonti spettacolari. A soli 10 minuti di auto dal cuore di San Antonio, dove hai una vasta gamma di iconici bar al tramonto, caffetterie e ristoranti tra cui scegliere.



Alcune delle migliori spiagge di Ibiza si trovano a breve distanza in auto, come Cala Bassa, Cala Salada o Cala Compte.



Villa Ramos è disposta su tre livelli.



Si accede a questa proprietà al piano intermedio in un corridoio con scale che scendono al livello inferiore e salgono al piano superiore. Il corridoio conduce ad un'ampia zona pranzo e soggiorno con accesso diretto alla terrazza della piscina. Sulla destra c'è una cucina e un bagno con doccia.



Il livello inferiore ha due camere da letto, un bagno con vasca, un'area soggiorno e una cucina piena di luce naturale che si affaccia sulla piscina e vi ha accesso diretto.



Il livello superiore dispone di tre camere da letto e un bagno con cabina doccia.

The villa was perfect for our two families. The two lounges made it easier for uounger ones to watch what they wanted. The pool was fantastic and outside area suited our needs. Javier was excellent. He let us know when we could access the property and was very quick at responding to our questions. He was also helpful in getting us taxis and information about our next destination

Nice villa, good location for small beach area

We stayed at Villa Can Ramos for our family holiday - 10 of us in total. The villa was within walking distance of the supermarket…approx 10 minutes on foot. Supermarket has a bakery and meat/fish counter which was good. We found it difficult getting taxis into San Antonio, however soon realised that the taxi app was beneficial. We were told that taxis were very busy around July time. We would defo recommend the steakhouse which is located near to the Port de Torrent beach. This is reasonably priced and the food amazing. The villa itself hosted a beautiful pool which we made use of. The outdoor furniture was adequate but dated. It was defo missing a nice comfy furniture set. The washing machine was very useful for our 2 week stay and the washing line which was already erected was also useful. We had a few problems with a leak, broken air conditioning units and blocked shower whilst at the villa - Javier was quick to deal with them and get the problem resolved. The downside was on arrival their was no communication, for example, a visitors folder with Wi-Fi codes, emergency numbers, taxi numbers etc. I think future visitors would defo benefit from this information. Also the villa was only cleaned on day 10 and this was just a change of bedding, towels and toilets. On arrival at the villa we were greeted with a lovely fruit bowl and Javier was also kind enough to get us a huge melon! The vegetables in the garden area were also available to harvest, and we very much enjoyed the tomatoes and onions. The lemons and limes were also plentiful. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to others, however feel that it may be in need of a little tlc.

Fantastic Villa

We stayed for a week in this fantastic Villa - group of friends. Our trip had to be moved a number of times between 2020 and 2022 due to Covid, Anna handled this very quickly, smoothly and with no hassle. Any queries we had prior to our arrival, Anna also responded quickly. We had an late evening arrival, Javier welcomed us at the Villa and showed us around; with a complimentary fruit bowl. He also collected us on our last day and took us somewhere we could stay due to our late night flight. He arrived with Spanish doughnuts for breakfast and a bottle of wine for later during our day. Javier also booked us a taxi for the airport and checked in with us that it had arrived ok. Fabulous service by both Anna and Javier. This villa is set in a nice suburb area. The outdoor space is fabulous - with lots of different seating areas, sun loungers with comfortable cushions; a BBQ and pool with evening lighting. The Supermarket is around 10mins away; we found a couple of fabulous restaurants and cocktail bar down at the sea, 15mins walk. There is a strip within walking distance too. San Antonio is 10mins drive away.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt!

Eine schöne geräumige Villa,in der man sich nur wohlfühlen kann.Wir haben zweimal den Aussengrill benutzt und jeden Abend in netter Runde unter der Überdachung zusammen gesessen.Der grosse Pool ist einfach super.Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!Wir kommen wieder!

My 50th Birthday in San Antonio

My friends and I stayed in this beautiful villa from 7-14 September 2019 to celebrate my 50th birthday. The villa itself is in a quiet location being 10-15 minutes walk to supermarket and and the same time to nearest beach. There is a lively strip with shops and bars and restaurants, again approximately 10-15 mins walk. You can get a full English brekky for 5€ There is a bus stop at the end of the road which will take you into San Antonio proper (west end) and the also to the airport .20-30 mins for under 2€.. You can walk all around San Antonio bay which is beautiful,allow 1hr + The villa is well equipped with 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, spacious living areas and a great pool and outside bbq and seating areas. Absolutely Stunning! Suggest download "TAXI IBIZA " app which works like uber if you are travelling further afield although you can get to ALL the mayjor clubs on the "discobus" from San Antonio bus station but is time consuming. Taxi to Pacha is 25-30€ and about 35mins bus will take 1hr 20mins. Amnesia 20 mins and 20€ by taxi. Eden and Es Paradise jump on the bus to San Antonio bus station and just a short walk. DC10 around 25€ by taxi Villa has an alarm system but we could not figure out how to lock patio doors from the living room to the pool area.??? Had a fantastic stay here ,would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. JAVIER was awesome with all communication and handovers being dealt with promptly and professionally and made our stay very memorable. LOVED IT! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Lovely villa

We stayed at this villa as a group of nine friends in May 2019. There is plenty of room for a large group or family, both inside and out. Three bathrooms being adequate for a number of people getting ready for a night out. The villa is well equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The pool is amazing and has a shallow end, perfect for little ones. The BBQ being an added bonus for outside dining. The view of the mountains was lovely. Check in was easy and we felt supported by the team, should we have needed them. There are restaurants within walking distance, a big supermarket about 10 minutes walk and Port les Torrent beach within a 15 minute stroll, where you will find the water taxi to San Antonio and other beaches like Bassa. A nicer way to travel! There is a bus stop right at the end of the road. Villa was clean and well presented. The bedrooms were spacious and airy. Overall, a smashing villa, well placed for town or beach. Very quiet and tranquil location. Very good value for money and the fruit bowl on arrival was a nice touch. Will definitely be booking this villa again. Thank you for an amazing stay in Ibiza!

Great little villa

9 of us stayed in April 2019. The villa was clean and ready for our arrival. The full fruit bowl was a nice touch. We arrived late on a Saturday night and were given a lift to the closest open shop which was great. The villa is in a quiet road and not overlooked. There is bus stop at the end of the road cost E1.65 into town, although we walked in many days. The pool was cold but we were in April so was to be expected. The outside space is great with a few different seating areas and great BBQ.

Really lovely villa, quiet location

Lovely villa with plenty of space for everyone. Quiet location no problems at all. The supermarket is around 15 min walk away but the beach is abit further. Only problem we had was the pool going green on the 5th day which meant we couldn't use it for the rest of the holiday.

Relaxing and homely

We checked in at 4pm and the house was lovely .... very characteristic and homely. We were presented with a beautiful large bowl of fruit. The pool area and seating outside is fab. We had a couple of issues within the house that were resolved, however these issues were due to really heavy rain so would never have been an problem otherwise. My one and only upset were the pool lights kept floating in the pool and I was worried that my young grandchildren would play with the wires and get an electric shock in the water ......... I was assured afterwards that they are waterproof ( which I should of known really) but I did worry. The house whilst big and beautiful is quite expensive for the older condition that it is in but it sleeps a big family so the monies probably even themselves out. The villa definately requires a car if you want to get out and about - although there is a bus stop at the end of the road. All in all we had a great holiday in the villa and in Ibiza.

An amazing Vila!

We where there in july with a group of 10 people. The Vila is really great. Lot’s of space even for 10 people. The location is quiet but public transportation and supermarkt close by. So that was perfect. We especially loved the pool and the kind welcome we received. Would reccomend this to everyone!

Vieze en slecht onderhoudende accommodatie!

Sterk verpauperde en vieze accommodatie. Washandje, haren, etensresten van de vorige gasten waren nog aanwezig. Buiten was ook alles nog vies. Tandenstokers, zakdoekjes etensresten op de grond. Javier gebeld, deze heeft zijn zoon buiten laten schoonmaken. Schoonmaakster gestuurd, deze heeft met het vieze washandje van de vorige gasten oppervlakkig schoongemaakt! Heel Vies! Wc boven ook kapot, net zoals alle toiletrolhouders enz enz. De lampen in het zwembad ook kapot, dreven los in het zwembad. Deze kon je zelf terug plaatsen en zou niet gevaarlijk zijn volgens Javier. We wisten dat het een verouderde inrichting was en dat is niet erg, maar dat het vies en vervallen was viel enorm tegen! Er wordt letterlijk niets aan dit huis gedaan door de eigenaar wat jammer is. Binnen in het huis zit er overigens niet in iedere slaapkamer airco. Het zwembad buiten is groot wat een pluspunt is. Bij aankomst lag er vers fruit en water in de ‘vieze’ koelkast. Wat een fijne bijkomstigheid is als je s’avonds laat arriveerd. Voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar! Helaas want het kan een mooie locatie zijn mits het schoon is en alles netjes wordt bijgehouden.

Enjoyed staying in this villa with the whole family!

We stayed for a week in this villa with 10 persons. We enjoyed the large garden with lovely swimmingpool and lot of places to sit. The little children had a lot of space to play. The inside of the house is good, large kitchen (2) and good beds. The welcome with an huge bowl with different kind of fruit and water was delicious and very kind. Alfons and Jose Ramon, very nice men, solved our little problem with the forgotten childbeds fast! Of course there are always little things that can better, we passed that on, so one can solve this, but overall we enjoyed our stay a lot! At our goodbye Jose treated us with delicious homemade Ibizacookies, they tasted very well (thanks again)!

Nice area outside, in the house: kitchen was dirty, bathroom discusting smell

Poolareal outside nice Kitchen: dishes were dirty -> we had to Clean everything in the beginning of the Trip. Bathroom: Several Times we didnt had warm water! This ist absolutly inaccaptable for this price! The bathrooms smelled discusting. We tried to clean everything and buyed stuff for the draines but the smell was alday long like in the sawage disiposal Our recommendation is DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE

Nice size, great outdoor area and quiet location

Lovely villa, great size, plenty of room for lots of people. Outdoor area is perfect! Location is nice and quiet..10-15 minute walk to the supermarket and a great little organic cafe on the way. Love the touch of fresh fruit and water on arrival also :-) Would definitely hope to book again next year!
