“Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. We were hoping to lounge and be take n care of but instead we were told about a 4pm last call (not offered anything) and when the birds took half the breakfast...

“La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio .
Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...

“The rooms are super clean and modern. The bathroom is modern and there is hot water; the beds are comfortable and the A/C temperature is perfect. There is parking; several restaurants and so close to the beach! The host is super nice and answers quickly. I will definitely tell my family and friends to come here to the Turtle Surfing Inn in Luquillo, PR.”

“I did not get room cleaned and new towels for three days and they still charged me room service. They also charge for Parking - which I found very odd. I had to ask for new towels and also a microwave because the room did not have one. Overall, the resort was very clean and beautiful atmosphere, just a lot of hidden fees.”

“The water park was outstanding. Great for the kids. palomino Island was a little bit of a let down, but was more because the wind was strong that day and affected the snorkeling. Be careful because if you aren’t in line early enough for the ferry you might miss it. Great restaurants on site. Beautiful, well-maintained grounds. Lots to do.”

“Very nice quiet stay. I did wish that they would have kept the gate to the courtyard closed at night -would have made me feel a bit more secure as my entry door was to the courtyard and I was a solo traveler. Place was very clean and a great price. I’d stay there again.”
