“Pros: great location, on-site laundry. owner was responsive except for when we were trying to check in and the key was not where we had been told it would be.Cons: on check in, key was not where it was supposed to be. multiple attempts to contact host were unanswered. We received an answer 2 hours later.The carpet needs to be replaced. Carpeted floors make no sense in a place like this with a climate like this. “Dawn is such a great host, very good communication and super friendly. The house is located in a VERY good location, close to everything downtown SB has to offer. The house itself is small and old, but has a lot of charm. The house isn't the cleanest on the planet. I had to re-clean dishes upon arrival that were put away dirty, fold laundry left in the dryer, and clean the fridge out that had a very strong smell coming from it. Other than that, no complaints!”

“This is by far the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in! The hosts have anticipated and provided for any and every need their guests might have. Double Dolphin is a spacious separate unit but Debby and Rick are right next door and able to respond with a minute's notice, should there be a need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.”
