“Camera bella ma un po’ polverosa, ottimo il servizio della pulizia giornaliera. Colazione nella media, location tranquilla e vicinissima alla spiaggia, letto grande e comodo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.”

“Camera pulita e in ordine, offre l’essenziale per un soggiorno. Personale molto gentile. La struttura è dotata di un parcheggio molto grosso proprio davanti alle camere. Non c’è la colazione ma al mattino in reception si trova il caffè. Complessivamente un ottimo soggiorno. ”

“There was 1 staff at check in. It was super slow on a Saturday afternoon. The rooms are clean. The vents in the dinning room were dusty. You can see it. Obvious areas were clean, but some areas were not. The pool was nice. Pretty expensive for a pretty old hotel. The hallways were old looking. Bummed I didn’t get my fire pit patio room bc the fire pit was down. Was upgraded and compensated with free breakfast, but still. Wasn’t as exciting as I hoped.”

“Beware if you prepay in Expedia they not only put a incidental $150 hold on your card, which is expected, but also a $375 that nobody told me about nor could explain why it was “authorized “ even though the room was fully paid for. The only explanation is “oh it automatically placed when it prepaid “ ….for what? Im still not convinced it’s a hold that will come off in the week or two . Glad I don’t need that $375 anytime soon.”

“Pool and jacuzzi closed for whatever reason 24 hrs so that was a bummer. It was quite expensive for the long weekend so I would have thought they would have comped guests with something.”

“Great location. Clean. Very nice staff. Room was tiny. Odd shower design. Be sure to point the showerhead all the way down or you'll end up with water all over the bathroom floor. Weekend rates are way overpriced for that size room”

“This was our second stay at Pali House Santa Barbara. It’s our favorite place to stay! I would have given this most recent stay 5 stars except we were not told there was a wedding reception happening the one night we were there which included closing the entire patio area. There was quite a bit of noise/music but I will give the hotel credit for ensuring the music went off at 10:00pm. Other than that, we had an amazing time! Will stay again.”
