“Happily paid an upgrade for premium King full beach view w/ balcony… BUT HOLD THE PHONE. We couldn’t fit two teeny chairs on the one fully OPEN front balcony if you wanted to unless you did some cuckoo, over-the-railing gymnastics maneuver & then sat practically on top of one other with your legs entangled. It was so bad that we LAUGHED… until we marinated on it some more & became legitimately peeved. Thank heavens we were out & about for much of our stay because the TV didn’t even operate...

“The hotel location was perfect, literally right in front of stern’s wharf. Staff was nice and the rooms were clean. Just be aware that there is two buildings. The main building and the north building. The north building isn’t on the beach, but is just a few minutes walk or a 30 second drive from the main building ”

“We would have had a wonderful stay, except that housekeeping was awful. The first day they did not do our room or leave clean towels. We asked for service and were given towels, but no wash cloths. The next day we had to ask for sevice. The 3rd day, they madevthe beds and nithing else. These little things make a big difference toward avrelaxing stay. The beds are comfortable. The location is excellent. Room service is fast and delicious. There is no free parking without a good walk, so be ready...

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con la camera che è stato prontamente risolto con un cambio della stessa. Unico difetto un po' rumoroso. Se torneremo in zona, sicuramente sarà una nostra scelta. ”

“It’s a very cute property and our room was large and well decorated. It was a bummer that there was no restaurant or food available on property. Staff were fine but seemed a little amateur. Feels a little more like a B&B than a hotel, not necessarily a bad thing. Just depends on what you’re looking for. ”
