“This property is just west of Hwy 1 in Oceano. It is walkable to the beach, there is a small grocery type store a block away and a great Mexican restaurant about two blocks away. The unit I had was upstairs, very comfortable and clean. There is no air-conditioning so on a hot day it took a long time to cool down. This is very rare in Oceano where high temperatures are usually in the 60s or 70s. My hosts were very communicative but not overly so and responded to any request I had very quickly. ...

“This condo is very nice, clean and quiet. The bed to very comfortable. It’s nice to have a full size refrigerator and both types of coffee pots. It is close to the Oceano beach. I walked there to see the sunset. The Mexican Restaurant as you turn on to the Main Street is excellent. I would stay at this condo again. It is also close to Pismo Beach.”

“Whatever they used to clean with was very strong. My husband has COPD and asthma, he did not fair as well as we had hoped for being at the beach.The bed was exceptionally soft felt like you just sunk in, made your back hurt.Other than that, the stay was fine, the kitchen was set up with good utensils and cookware.
