“It’s nice but the rooms need updating. We enjoyed our stay and the beds were very comfortable ”

“My only criticism would be that no rooms were available when I tried to check in, and I asked for a phone call when one became available, and never got a call...but, Hyatt Place is my favorite hotel brand when I'm traveling alone for business. Love the design and decor, and their attention to detail RE: charging ports, etc.”

“The Eldorado is right in the heart of historic Santa Fe, so it was great to walk out of the hotel and into all the shops and restaurants. It’s a beautiful hotel with nice rooms and a wonderful rooftop pool with hot tubs. Highly recommend!”

“My stay was a stop on a long driving trip. The hotel was clean and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. My room was large, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stop there again. The location is close to 25, so I could hop right on and get going the next morning. ”

“This inn and spa offers complimentary valet parking, which makes walking the scenic area surrounding convenient. It's in the heart of a beautiful shopping square. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even when hiccups occurred, everyone's recovery efforts were appropriate and greatly appreciated.
