    Enjoy being tucked away from 30A in this private Gulf Trace neighborhood, surrounded by the Grayton Beach State Park (1 mile of pristine beach!) and the Gulf of Mexico; the beaches along this stretch are among the most beautiful and private along 30A. PLEASE NOTE - Golf carts and on-street parking are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the Gulf Trace neighborhood, per neighborhood covenants.

    High Tide borders the Grayton Beach State Park, named America’s #1 Beach in 2020 by Dr. Stephen Leatherman, aka Dr. Beach! “This beach boasts of its sugar-white sand and emerald green water where development has been restrained so big sand dunes still dominate the landscape. At the same time, all the amenities of great restaurants and accommodations are close by in the old town of Grayton Beach or Seaside," wrote Leatherman. Originally named the country’s top beach in 1994, Grayton Beach State Park has been listed FOUR times since 1991, finishing 6th in 2016 and 3rd in 2019.

Great Place & People

This property is beautiful and in a great area! We have stayed in the Destin area for the last 5 years and this one, by far, was our favorite area to be at. The house was clean, the layout of the house was ideal, the pool was great, and the beach was close. We had a family situation come up and without getting into details, the property managers were AMAZING. I will forever be grateful for them.

Perfect family getaway

The house was clean an accurately represented. There was plenty of space for everyone. It was only a short walk to the beach. We spent every morning at the beach and every evening at the pool. The beach was stunning and the pool was perfect. We cooked most of our meals at the house. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to find everything we needed. We would definitely book again.

Fabulous Family Fun

This property was amazing! We've been coming to 30A for 20+ years since our 2 kids were young. This was the first trip with adult kids and spouses -- the house was perfect and the nicest we've ever stayed in. Clean, comfortable, great kitchen and it truly felt like our home away from home for the 6 of us. We were close to the beach and loved every minute of our stay. Highly recommend!

Great for families

High Tide had enough room for our extended family with two living areas so the kids could have their own space. Short walk to the beach and really enjoyed the private pool.

Perfect Family Beach Trip

High Tide was beyond our expectations! We chose Grayton beach because we wanted to get away from the crowds on 30A during the pandemic. High Tide did not disappoint! Not only is it beautifully furnished (pictures don't do it justice), but the private pool and beach made us feel very protected from the crowds. In less than five minutes we were on the beach. We had chairs and umbrellas set up for us every morning-so convenient! Afternoons were usually spent at the spacious pool. Again, avoiding crowds, we chose to grill most nights, and got takeout twice. Not having to leave the beach or pool to get ready to go to dinner was a plus-enjoyed a family dinner every night around the big, beautiful dining table. This was the perfect beach trip for our family of six adults and two children! I highly recommend!

Great house for families!

We have rented many homes in this area over the years and this has been one of our absolute favorites. We have two families - total of 10 ppl and the layout was perfect. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Rental company great to work with. While completely not necessary the rental company called us a few days before check in to let us know the oven needed to be replaced during our stay and per the owners request offered us an early check in for the inconvenience the day before which we did end up taking. Our families were so appreciative of this kind gesture to gain an extra beach day. An appliance not working is totally out of their control! Would 100% recommend this house.
