Sitting Gulf-front and across from one of the area's rare Coastal Dune Lakes, Oyster Lake, the home was designed to maximize the sweeping views of the Gulf with expansive windows are nothing short of breathtaking. This newly constructed home boasts 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, and private balconies throughout the home. Marble tiling on the backsplash and countertops in the kitchen, premium appliances, seating for 6 guests at the dining table, and additional bar seating are just a few of the extraordinary details in the gourmet kitchen. A covered outdoor area on the first floor is the perfect beach entertainment. Guests can enjoy a meal at the table or island bar, catch the game or a movie in front of the fire or relax in the hot tub after a day at the beach. There's even a kitchen area with multiple sinks, ice maker and a grill. Experience the convenience of indoor parking with an exclusive Tesla charger included. Don't have a Tesla? No worries! Simply bring your adapter and charge up your EV hassle-free.

Second Floor | Sleeps 2 | Master King Suite | Gourmet Kitchen | Living Room
As you ascend to the second floor, the opulence of White Starlight unfolds. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase breathtaking Gulf front views, ensuring every seat in the living area and on the wrap-around balcony offers a panoramic spectacle of the waves below and picturesque sunsets. The all-white gourmet kitchen, equipped with a six-burner stove and double oven, seamlessly merges style with functionality. The adjacent dining room and expansive island bar cater to both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations.

A King Master suite on the second floor epitomizes luxury, offering access to the balcony and a lavish bathroom with elegant fixtures, including a chandelier. Jack-and-Jill sinks, an enclosed shower, and a tub provide the perfect sanctuary after exploring 30-A. A half bath for guests, a well-appointed laundry room with dual washers and dryers, and an additional full-size refrigerator add to the thoughtful amenities on this floor.

Third Floor | Sleeps 10 | Three Master King Suites | Bunk Suite with Two Twin/Twin Bunk Beds
The first of three King Master Suites on the top floor is a dream getaway. A vaulted ceiling, a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, and a TV nearly as large as the bed immediately catch the eye; a stocked coffee bar is in the kitchenette, and the bathroom is nearly identical to the second-floor Master with a pair of sinks and mirrors plus the enclosed shower and soaking tub.

The second King Master Suite on the third floor has a private balcony with a view down the coast and a private bathroom. The final Master King Suite has a private bathroom and shared balcony facing views of Oyster Dune Lake. Both come with a smart TV to catch your favorite shows before bed.

Perfect for the little ones in the family, the final bedroom is a bunk suite with two twin/twin bunk beds. Each bunk has its overhead light, and the room has a private bathroom and shared inland balcony.

*Furniture / decor at the home and nearby developments are always changing. The photos may vary from how the house is presently staged.
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*To help provide homeowners and guests with security and peace of mind, security and doorbell cameras are located on the exterior of this home. These are solely for monitoring the exterior of the property and are not present inside the home.

Wonderful new property on 30A. One of the more expensive options in this part of Santa Rosa but worth it in my opinion. The house is brand new, so still a few things being finished here and there but didn’t disrupt our stay. Views from the majority of the house, plenty of space for 3 small families to share the space for a week. Private beach was great although when the weather was nice, people from the public side just set up camp anyway. The management company Diamond gulf was responsive and helpful although it’s been over a week since we checked out and I still don’t have a refund of my damage deposit. Overall great property

This place is beyond luxury. So many extra details that put it over the top. Step right off the shaded ground level area of the home right into the beach. I could not have dreamed up anything better.
