Hotel a Sapcote

“Most things were excellent except for the booking system. The hotel website had a phone number but no email! When the phone number was called we were asked what we wanted before being referred to just 1 of 2 options, with no chance of talking to a person. The phone would continue ringing for a little while before timing out. We were given no chance of leaving a message or to ask for a call back. We had to cancel our original booking in order to rebook using a different 3rd party website...

“The rooms are too noisy because of the too thin walls and the people, the guests, are not so polite to avoid to speak out loud.”

“Parking and check in were easy. We had to request a hair dryer and when that finally arrived we had noticed there was no tv remote control. So had to ask for that as well. The curtains were broken and hanging off the track in several places. The pipes made a squealing noise when the shower was turned on. Also the duvet was stained with red/brown spots (I believe it was laundered), I would expect housekeeping to notice this and discard the bedding with stains. The staff were very friendly and...

“Parking is easy. However the Breakfast was £16 which is way too expensive and we will never eat all the stuff what is provided. Breakfast should be simple and i don't mind spending about £5 for a breakfast. It is breakfast not a big lunch”

“La camera piccola ma carina, con tutto il necessario. L'hotel si trova lontano dal centro ma ha un ottimo locale al suo interno che permette di cenare (cucina molto buona).”

“Non abbiamo utilizzato la navetta. Le camere e il bagno sono puliti e il letto è molto comodo. Purtroppo non si può dire lo stesso del divano letto, decisamente scomodo come soluzione per una terza persona (va bene solo per un bambino leggero). Il parcheggio è a pagamento ma molto comodo. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Colazione ricca e ottima. Lo consiglio”

“I have to say I waa really surprised at how nice this place was. The only issue for me (being a bigger bloke) was i couldn't fit in the shower as it only has a s.mall opening but I was able to get around .”
