“Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Secure gated rear parking area available, perfect for our motorbikes. Arrived quite late in the evening, left early so didn’t eat there, but did enjoy a nice pint of real ale when we arrived at 10pm. Great for an overnight stop to break our journey. ”

“Very competitive price for a comfortable room. Accommodation( total of 4 rooms) was adjacent to and accessed via the village pub , but we did not hear a thing ! Nice outdoor space for relaxing or dining/ drinking.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

“Some of the friendliest and kindest staff I've ever had, with a simple and easy check-in/check-out process. Also very delicious food at the pub downstairs as well. My bed was very comfortable as well, and the room was very clean.

“A wonderful stay. We stayed in the Tack Room which was clean, cosy and very welcoming. Wayne sent directions prior to our arrival and check in was perfect. We would most definitely stay here again if we are in the area. We were staying for a visit to the Kilworth House Theatre which was only 20 minutes away by car.”

“Booked no hassle,plenty of parking.staff very friendly also the pub regulars.
Food excellent also quality of ale very good.
Rooms a bit tired needs updating but it is a good old fashioned very friendly pub so please dont change.”

“Just a quick night away. Parking a bit of a challenge as the cars I parked between had been a bit greedy. Room spotless, bed comfy, the chocolate bar a lovely touch. Wine selection very good and food really excellent. Staff helpful-we couldn’t get our TV to work. It was promptly fixed”

“The lady on reception was really nice and friendly made the check in easy we were chatting about walks in the area she gave a good walk then Louis walked past and wrote down a couple which was a fab help. Room was nice but right next to patio so was awake till silly o clock with people drinking in the pub it was so noisy. Had a meal there and Lois was our sever the food was really nice and hot served quick. Would stay again just not in that room ”
