The upgraded kitchen and cozy living room provide everything you need for a relaxing stay in Sarasota.
Enjoy access to the outdoor heated communal pool and explore the nearby trails, all while being just a short drive from UTC or downtown.

We have taken great care to ensure that you have everything you need to feel at home during your stay.

** THE MEADOWS GOLF: Please note, golf course is not currently open to tenants **

★Living Area:
Cozy and bright with a 3-seater couch, coffee table, smart TV, and armchair. The sliding doors bring in plenty of natural light and offer scenic views of the golf course. Ceiling fan included for added comfort.

★Kitchen:
Open and well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, compact stovetop oven, and a full set of dining and cooking utensils.
A new sponge, dish soap, and trash bags to get you started are included.

★Dining:
A cozy round table for two, situated conveniently between the living area and kitchen.

★Bedroom:
This room includes a comfortable queen bed, an ottoman, a spacious dresser, an in-wall closet, and a ceiling fan for added comfort.
Bedding & linens are included.

★Bathroom:
Equipped with a step-in shower, grab bar, toilet, and sink. Spotlessly clean!
Towels, a blow dryer and essential soap products are included.

★Patio:
Located by the front entrance, this cozy patio offers two seats and a table, perfect for enjoying views of the golf course and watching the sunrise.

★Laundry:
A washer and dryer are available in the Bunker Oaks community (Credit/ debit card only).
Basic detergents are supplied to start you off.

★Parking:
You can park your car in the designated outdoor parking area for the residence (no carport available).
Parking Restriction: NO pick-up trucks, commercial vehicles or motorcycles per HOA rules.

★Community Amenities:
Guests will have access to a heated communal pool and BBQ area, conveniently located near the residence. The Meadows community is known for its scenic trails, which are perfect for walking, biking, and bird watching. For those seeking additional recreational options, the prestigious Meadows Country Club offers a separate membership that includes an 18-hole golf course, 18 Har-Tru tennis courts, a lap pool, dining options, and a variety of social events. Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines. Guests are kindly asked to follow all HOA pool rules, including posted hours of operation.

**Please note that these memberships are not currently open to tenants. Alternatively, Bobby Jones Golf Course is conveniently located just 2 miles from the condo, offering easy access to a premier golfing experience!**

Self check-in starting 4 pm & self check-out by 10 am.

★Additional Info:
This rental is subject to Homeowners Association (HOA) approval, which may take up to one week.
Please note that the HOA application fee is not included in the booking total. For U.S. applicants, the fee is currently $50 for a single applicant, $65 for a married couple, and $96 for two unmarried co-applicants.
Fees for international applicants are higher. All amounts are subject to change.

★Important Notes & Rules:
- HOA restrictions: No pick-up trucks, commercial vehicles, or motorcycles are allowed.
- No pets permitted, with no exceptions as per HOA policy.
- For your safety, swimming is at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.
- No parties and no smoking on the premises.
- AC temperature must not be set below 70°F, and heating must not exceed 77°F.
- Please keep doors and windows closed when the AC or heat is running.
