Stay in luxury! Welcome to Royal Palms and get ready to vacation in style when you stay in this gorgeous single level home with backyard yard golf course views. Hang out in your own screened in back yard oasis with ultra luxury pool & spa!

This spacious home boasts 2,500 square-feet of luxurious open living. High end finishes such as granite counters, and tile flooring throughout. 10 miles to the nearby white sand beaches and just a few minutes from SRQ airport!

Large screened pool deck surrounding the heated pool & spa. Smart TV's and super fast WiFi. Lots of lounge chairs and seating around the pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space because somehow everyone always ends up in the kitchen, right?

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and center island.

Plenty of place settings include drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, crock pot, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, coffee maker with both single serve and full pot options (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)

Gas Grill is provided with propane tank that can be exchanged for around $20 at any local convenience store.

Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Pool heater is $100/wk. Hot Tub Heat is optional for an additional $100/wk (total of $200 if you would like both)

Dogs allowed with approval, and there is a $150 additional pet fee.

As a homeowner / investor in properties, I NEVER want to hear that my guests were not happy or satisfied with their stay / vacation. I rented this property to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. Communication from the owner was not good from the very beginning including the day we were scheduled to check in. We still had no checkin instructions 6 hrs prior to check in not knowing if we had a place to stay. Frustrating to say the very least with an 80 year old man waiting to see if we had a place to stay. Then once we received check in instructions and arrived at the property, it was nothing like the advertiised pictures. The house is worn and unkept. The pictures advertised were pristine and beautiful. Some examples of how the property is unkept is the landscaping is a mess from the minute you pull up to the property. Parts of the roof in the pool area are falling down. Missing screen panels allowing an abundant amount of bugs covering the pool area and inside as soon as you open the doors. The grill area is filthy. Rust, mold, and mildew covering multiple areas. The list can go on and on. Just beware before you book. This review is in no way malicious. If I knew the conditions of this property I would have definitely stayed somewhere else.

Family Trip

Property was clean! Lots of amenities were provided. Pool area was great for the kids. Great property for a family or group of people. Only issue was we often ran out of hot water for showers, since we were a larger group staying at the property. Neighborhood was quiet, but not a lot around in terms of restaurants, shops, parks, etc, so a rental car is a must.

We loved the pool!

It was a good spot for our family. It was great to have a pack and play & a high chair already there. It was inconvenient to have to bother Bailey to turn on the hot tub but she was also very responsive to our messages. Pretty well equipped for what we needed.

AMAZING!

Owner was a life saver during the hurricane my house did not have any power for weeks. The owner let us stay there last minute, the house was amazing, clean and overall great experience. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Amazing stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay with our extended family celebrating our daughter’s college graduation. The house was exactly as shown in pictures and had the perfect amount of space to give us a chance to celebrate together while each having our own private space to retreat to. Bailey was fantastic and prompt with any questions we had and made our stay just perfect. Would absolutely stay here again!

Peace and quiet

This house is in a lovely neighborhood. It is so peaceful. The house is spacious and well equipped with towels for all baths and pool. If you are traveling with little ones they have pack and plays and a high chair. We were traveling with 6 adults and one 17 month old. Our stay was three weeks. I would like to have had more serving bowls and cookware in the kitchen. There were plenty of plates and cups for a large group. The owner was kind and did have some pots and glass bowls dropped off to us when I ask about the lack of cookware. We cook a lot and were there for a lengthy stay so that may not be an issue for everyone. We really enjoyed the pool area! It was a good size for our needs and our granddaughter loved it. The master suite is very comfortable, love the big shower and soaking tub. There were a few maintenance issues but Bailey addressed those as they were mentioned to her.

Simply Amazing

We stayed here for our 20-year anniversary of girls' weekends. The property was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and located between the two areas we hoped to visit. Inside the home offered us plenty of room for the 8 of us and gave us several laughs as we attempted to use the microwave and oven as they are very different from what we have at home. (pretty simple once you get it) Our only con was that you can only heat the pool or the hot tub, they can not be heated at the same time and you must contact the homeowner each time you want to have the heat moved to the hot tub and then wait about an hour for it to heat up. There are no controls on site for guests to use. The homeowner was very quick to respond and it worked out fine but was a bit inconvenient for our group. The homeowner was very sweet to allow for a late checkout after we realized we misread the checkout time and had a flight later in the afternoon. All in all, this was an amazing trip for us and the house was amazing! Could not have asked for a better girls' getaway.

Good property

This was our first experience using any VRBO. We would stay here again. For future reference, you do have to text the homeowner to turn on the hot tub and pool heater. It was Thanksgiving weekend so I did feel like I was “bugging” them quite a bit. And the over didn’t work. Normally not a big deal but again it was Thanksgiving weekend. Overall good property. Beautiful home. Good location to get to Siesta Key and Anna Marie Island.

Beautiful!

Our three adult children and grandchildren along with my husband and myself stayed in this gorgeous house for a week. The pool was beautiful and a great hit! The rooms were very roomy and the three private baths were very nice. The golf course in the backyard has a nice view. The landscaping in the front yard could use some sprucing up however despite that overall the house deserves a five star!

Lovely

We rented for a month. My wife and I (and dog), and our two adult children, who spent a long weekend with us, found this is a very attractive, roomy, comfortable home. Bailey, our host was very responsive to our needs. The house was well supplied. Marketing is nearby and a 15 to 20 minute drive will get you to most sites, shopping, and other locations you need to reach.

Very nice place and set up just like the pics. Host was readily available if needed. In our case just a couple of questions. There is something to be said for relaxing in a hot tub and watching golf. Would definitely stay here again.
