“We booked simply for a clean room to rest our heads for a night during the Memorial Day weekend - so nothing fancy, just clean. There is construction taking place next to the hotel but nothing active during our 1 night stay. The parking lot had plenty of parking upon arrival. “I booked an accessible room. No accessible room was available upon arrival. My husband and I both have physical disabilities so having an accessible room is of utmost importance. Front desk clerk was very unhelpful, rude, and inconsiderate. Had to go seek hotel room elsewhere.”

“I’ve bucket was in the bathroom there was mold in the shower sink was leaking toilet dirty dont ever go there even if you need some sleep stay far away from Red Roof Inn”

“I couldn't stay there because it was a horrible place! I tried 2 different rooms & both rooms didn't have a dead bolt that worked. As a single woman traveling alone, I don't feel it's too much to ask to feel safe in a locked room!!!!!!!!”

“The staff were friendly, check in was easy. The room needed attention. There was a tear in the top sheet and dried lipstick on the nightstand. The shower curtain rod was broken on one end so the rod was just resting on the top of the shower tile and hung a few inches into the shower floor. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. It was quiet and the a/c worked well. The doors had been painted but the paint is on the door handle base. “There is no breakfast, you have to pay for it. The coffee I purchased came straight from container we have in our apartment complex very nasty not worth the money. I Ubered so I can’t speak on the parking ”

“Traveling for work, needed a simple place for one night. I didn’t even go in. Looked dingy with linens draping over the windows and abandoned other than a couple of young kids playing in the parking lot. Not a suitable stay”
