“After confirming my reservation, I was informed on the day of check-in that one of the rooms was unavailable. They offered me a room with fewer beds, which I declined because it couldn’t accommodate my family. After an hour of conversing with the kiosk customer service representative, they promised to fit a rollout bed in the room, but it appeared uncomfortable. “The property itself looks great, but the rooms definitely need updating, very old school and better ant management (woke up to ants in the sink). I felt very safe though.”
