“Very friendly family owned business. Completely redone inside. Comfortable new beds. All new bathrooms. Freshly stained hardwood floors. GREAT price. Who needs an in room coffee pot when Dunkin' Donuts is attached?”

“Entering the hotel was not very inviting. Staff did not seem to speak very good English and we could not really understand them. The bar was beautiful, but once again not very inviting. We did not feel welcome. The room was "okay". There was an opened coffee pod that we did not open. Who ever installed the fireplace was not very good. The breakfast was all over the place. Some was in the bar area and some was in another room. I do not know how they got the rating they have, but for the money...

“I checked out after seeing my room. The owner refused to refund my money! The facility was not updated as advertised. The pictures where staged. The appearance of the room was not even close except for the wallpaper behind the bed! I had to drive further down to stay at the Days Inn which was much nicer. Advice to future travels, keep driving! Very dirty!”

“The shower head in room 4 barely spit out any water. The kitchen was closed which defeated the point of it being a bed and breakfast experience. The pool was also not working due to some pump issue which I was unaware of until I arrived. I was under the impression that there was a fully functioning, kitchen and fully working pool. when we got there, we waited about 20 minutes until somebody finally came to check us in after I had to go looking for help.”

“Outside property and surrounding area was beautiful. Cottages look great from the outside however the one I stayed in needs an upgrade!(#50) The bedroom was fine(except for paint peeling on the ceiling) and the blinds and balance were outdated and fridge was noisy. The bathroom needs a serious upgrade! Toilet too low, mirror over sink to high, and tub didn’t drain. After two showers there was over a foot of standing water. Doors were not the most secure. “It was great other than that it is a full smoking casino. So well, even though the hotel and the pool were no smoking, it did tend to linger in to there. the only place that didn't smell like smoke was our room. I just wish they advertised it because we probably would have not gone as me and my boyfriend are not smokers , I wish it was not smoking though because otherwise our stay was magnificent.”

“This is the vintage-looking quaint motel you pass at the edge of a town on the two lane and think, "Wonder what that place is like?" Most of the time those businesses are on the downside of their existence and not that appealing. The Fairbridge Inn is different. Neat, clean, quiet and well kept with a comfortable bed and room.. “Traveling for leisure, requested a handicapped room as I walk with a cane. At no time did the person checking me in ask me to confirm what room type I had requested, I got a standard 2 dbl bed room with a tub. I requested a walk in shower. I thought it was odd that the front desk manager rather than walk around the desk to address a computer issue was sitting on the desk to fix the matter, but it was apparently easier.
