“This was my second stay at this hotel. I came back because I really liked it the first time, although it has changed hands since then. On arrival, our rooms were ready. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our baggage was safely left in the luggage room on the day of our departure, which made it so much easier on our last day. It was even brought to our table when we decided on a last-minute drink in the bar before heading to the station. If I had any gripe at all, it was in-room...

“Fantastic hotel. Had a small problem when I got electricuted switching my phone charger on. Spoke to the guy on reception who was absolutely amazing. Only reported it so it could be checked for the next people coming in. But our guy on reception went above and beyond to make sure we was ok. Bar staff also fantastic polite and just lovely people.
