Listing needs more clarification
There was a "quiet time" sign from 9pm to 7am not in listing. There was no sink other than in the bathroom but a sign to wash coffee pot etc. Sign over microwave said not to use at same time as coffee pot or toaster because it would blow a fuse. No way to cook anything. A toaster oven would have been better than just a toaster. All utinsels were plastic.

Noise was an issue..
Anu was very good at communicating and checking in to the house was very easy. I would give that 5 stars! My sister and I stayed at the house for almost a week. My biggest complaints were: The bathroom had some hair left on the toilet and the shower. It just didn’t seem super clean overall. We thought the “master” or bigger bedroom had an odd smell. We were also not thrilled on the parking. We drove a truck(Chevy 2500) and there was no way we could fit in their driveway and sometimes had a hard time getting parked in the col-de-sac. Our biggest complaint was the noise. We were hardly there, but you could hear ALL of their footsteps, talking, toddler crying, drawers shutting, etc. they would be up fairly late at night(10pm ish) and up around 7am. Because of these things, our stay was just “ok” rather than great.

Nice spacious accommodation in a well located quiet neighborhood
Advance communication was very prompt and the check-in process was seamless. The property was clean and as advertised. The absence of a full kitchen was awkward. It was stocked with paper plates/bowls and plastic utensils, and when requested we were provided with paper towels and some dish clothes. The kitchen would benefit with the addition of sharp knives, cutting board, serving utensils and perhaps a bowl and/or plate that could be used in the microwave. There is a young family living above and we did hear their children and dog in the morning. One bedroom does not have any windows, and while there was a fan in the room, it is dark and stuffy without fresh air. Nice covered outside sitting area, although water drips from the deck above. Overall a good experience.

Fabulous if you don't need a kitchen
We had a fabulous stay at Anu's place. It was very spacious for our little family, and we appreciated the additional air mattress available. The description is very accurate and clear. Staying here was a little bit of personal learning experience for us, though, in how much we prefer cooking our own food on vacation. That being said, we can highly recommend this place for any travelers who truly don't need a full kitchen for any food prep.

Nice!
It was nice and clean and was in a good location for our week long trip. Even though it has just a microwave the 3/4 size fridge was nice to have so we could have fresh food during our stay. Overall, we were happy and comfortable.

Outstanding place!
Very clean & home-y! Exactly what we needed after a long day of sightseeing, in fact we decided to stay in, instead of going out because it was just so comfy!
