“It was a truly terrible stay. The room was small and cramped, the air conditioning was uncontrolled, and the heat was too intense for a good night's sleep. There were so many homeless people nearby that I didn't dare go out for a walk. Even worse, they required check-out at 10:00 AM. “Nice and clean private room. Some minor issues, and this is a Keurig thing, but the coffee pot in the room and in the main living area need "descaling" and didn't work well. I also had to dump the main kitchen garbage even after the cleaning people came. Great location, but I was warned in advance about the off-street parking; drove around one time for 45 minutes to find a parking spot two blocks away. ”

“The hotel was very nice and really clean. The staff was very kind and even took off the additional cost of the early check in that we did not get to use due to our flight being delayed. The only issue was just how expensive the parking fees are. I know that should be expected for the area but it was just a lot. ”

“When I arrived, despite calling ahead to say I would be arriving late, the front desk had cancelled my reservation. I learned this when I arrived. Then they told me they were full, they couldn’t reimburse my two nights, and I would have to argue with Expedia because it was a non refundable reservation. And didn’t offer me any sort of comp. I had to find another hotel, at a last minute exorbitant price, despite already paying for 2 nights here. ”
