“Dirty”

“Unit needs general maintenance. Neither bedroom table lamp work, baseboard heater paneling unattached, bedroom blinds don’t retract up, toilet seat loose/not attached correctly. Also, my car was broken into to during my one night stay while parked in front of the unit.”

“Clean but noisy due to back bedroom windows open to highway. The shower was difficult to operate due to my short height and arthritic hands. There should be a plastic mat inside the tub for safety. One can easily slip. I asked for late checkout early and told that cleaners were going to clean at 10 am. Stayed parked in front of cottage till 11:40 and no cleaners showed up to clean. The front yard very unkept. Should have the lawn mowed to look upkept.”

“This is a delightful apartment in a great location. Easy access, street parking and walkable to everything.”

“Everything was very nice, there was an issue with the bathroom shower. Called them and they sent someone right out. Would definitely recommend this house and company again!!!”
