"Fishing enthusiasts will be happy to learn you can enjoy fishing from the pond directly across the street from the house, so bring your poles and cast a line whenever you like.

Inside your retreat, you will adore the spacious living quarters, modern furnishings, and stellar amenities! The main living room boasts ample seating, a fireplace, and a large TV, providing the perfect area for you and yours to relax, unwind, and enjoy each other's company. "Seven smart TVs (one in each BR) all offer a wide range of TV channels, podcasts, news sources through Samsung app or stream apps with your login." The adjacent gourmet kitchen is any chef's dream with its gleaming granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and sprawling breakfast bar. Dine as a family at the formal dining table or in the sunroom.

Each bedroom boasts plush furnishings, a TV, and ample storage space. The primary bedroom, an oasis, is complete with a work desk and a dazzling en suite bathroom. Get ready at the dual sinks in the mornings and prepare for each day by taking an invigorating rinse in the impressive walk-in shower. Additional interior perks include; a second large TV room, perfect for the kid's weekend cartoons, a private washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning. You'll find a second fridge, beach chairs, an umbrella, and an ice cooler in the garage.

Outside, aside from just taking advantage of the incredible shared amenities, you will appreciate having access to a private grill and deck.

THINGS TO KNOW
Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local Vacasa team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
