Vacanze Sentiero Boy Scout Indian Cove

Do not stay here. The room was in an unsanitary and uninhabitable condition. We left within 15 minutes of checking in and did not use the room at all because it was simply unacceptable. We also did not feel safe. When we looked out the window, all we saw was a brick wall topped with barbed wire, which made the environment feel even more unsafe. There was no staff at the front desk—only a kiosk—so there was no one available to address our concerns in person. To make matters worse, Expedia has repeatedly tried to contact the hotel’s manager, but no one has responded. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely unprofessional. I have photos documenting the condition of the room and expect the hotel to take responsibility and issue a full refund.

Nice hotel in dowtown LA. Spacious rooms, daily cleaning. Hotel staff attentive and always present
