“Girls weekend, the unit was great, cozy and clean. Weather was rainy but still utilized the hot tub and outdoor showers. Quick walk to the beach. Will definitely stay at this place again. ”

The location was perfect for visiting the beach and wandering through the town. Lots of shops to browse and plenty of options for food/drinks. The hosts recommendations were appreciated.”

“Wonderful location close to the beach and downtown shopping, restaurants and coffee spots. Challenging to find parking nearby on busy weekends, but persistence will pay off. Only cleanliness issue encountered was a towel used by previous guest still hanging in bathroom. Otherwise, VERY clean and pleasant. Two showers were small, but not difficult to regulate like some comments state. I would return!!”

It truly captured the laid-back costal charm of Capitola. Its location couldn’t have been more perfect which was right in the heart of Capitola Village, just steps away from the beach, shops, and great restaurants. We enjoyed being able to stroll everywhere without needing to drive. We can’t wait to come back!”

“Booking and communication with Monica was excellent. Good location to explore Santa Cruz to Carmel. 2 minute drive to Manresa Beach. The parking pass is a plus, giving you easy parking access to Manresa or Sunset beaches. Good value and cozy property. The unit was a very clean and comfortable. The king size bed was basic, but very comfortable and I am picky.”

“Very clean overall, comfortable beds, and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. i was worried about the noise of the nearby road when we arrived, but with the windows closed, the air in, nobody noticed any noise at all during the night. I would stay there again. ”
