“Our room was clean and VERY nice but we were unable to get gas fireplace or tub jets to work. The property is managed by offsite company so hard to contact. We did information before arriving about checkin, room codes, and how to get in. The breakfast was coffee, teas, a bagel, apple juice and old looking fruits in a small 'common area'. “Stairs were dirty. Hair traps in the sink and tub were full of gunk. Nice kitchen area and items in the fridge, as well as coffee, were free. Due to the shared bathroom, a mirror in the rooms would be a useful addition. The instructions for door access and vip items were a bit hard to find from Expedia.”

“Place was never cleaned, pull back sheets and hair everywhere, ( I slept on the couch) clumps of hair in the living room, hair in tub and bathroom, brown stains on kitchen floor (I'm hoping it was chocolate). Response from management "OH, that's terrible".....I would never stay there again!”
