“First I wanna say the owner is sweet and I think she means well but I feel like its too much for her to maintain and be responsible for. My friend and I booked this room for a night on our way to Bar Harbor. I noticed immediately that the harbor IS across the street but theres a building there not a little beach or anything that you can go down onto. The yard in front of the house is somewhat unkept, needed mowed for sure.

“Lovely property, excellent location, and exceptionally friendly staff. The breakfasts and daily snacks were a nice touch and greatly appreciated. The only suggestion I would make is to pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the carpets and floors. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our experience.”
