“We stayed at this apartment with our young kids after a day at the aquatic centre. When we arrived, we were surprised at the condition of the rooms. The bathroom had several (pubic) hairs all around the baseboards and tub, toothbrush splatters on the mirror, unswept/mopped floors, etc. I wish I’d thought to take more photos. There were not enough towels, pillows nor blankets for our group. Thankfully, we packed a cooler with snacks since the kitchen is not equipped for meal prep. Perhaps worst...

“Room was very adequate and bed comfortable but there seemed to be a lot of dust in the air. The top bed covers probably needed a wash. sheets were clean and fresh. Only 1 coffee pouch but we could have asked for another, im sure.”

“I waited for about a half hour for anyone even open the door and when they finally did I was after phoning four times she greeted me with a cow's look and told me right off the bat not even hello we only take money no credit cards I said well I didn't see that on the page she was like that's because you didn't go to our page I said why would I go to your page when I booked with Expedia cuz that's the way it is cash or nothing and she also raised the amount of the stay $130 she's literally the...

“The front desk staff were very courteous, professional and helpful. We came to the city for a medical appointment and needed to book a second night. The gentleman , whose name has escaped me (working in the A.M. of May 29) , assisted us to secure another night. He not only found us a suitable room, but provided us with the best rate.
