“super Disappointed with our stay. Many things the hotel promotes are not a reality. Cribs are not available, only pack and plays. The one provided to us was broken and was never replaced despite multiple requests for it to be replaced. We could never get fresh towels and the room was consistently dirty with sand all over the floor and trash left in the room. The staff was not helpful at all and often seemed confused when asked questions. We had someone who checked in every day during our stay...

“The room was good. The floor was dirty when we went in but they came and cleaned it for me the next day. They need more hooks to hang towels, swimsuits etc. The breakfast was really good! The pool needs maintenance. A lot of loose concrete and missing concrete in and around the pool. Nice views though but very limited seating. Elevators were quick. There were lots of great places walkable to eat and shop. I would stay again.”

“it’s affordable for what it is, the room I was in was good and the bed was comfortable. The bad thing was the floor felt moist from the humanity and the tub was a lil dirty. They do have a moisture bag that was absorbing the moisture but it was not enough.”

“The room was decent, very outdated and small. The hallway/walkway was full of cigarette butts. Staff brought fresh towels daily and changed trashed but only swept the floor maybe once during our stay, which was kinda aggravating since sand was everywhere and there was no way to keep floors clean. But the short walk to the beach was nice and convenient and the location to restaurants and shopping was also nice.”
