“quiet, clean room!!”

“This is a MOTEL with no elevator. Street noise is noticeable on units sets closer to the street. Bathrooms looked recently renovated. Clean grout!! No waffles for kids in the morning and breakfast was below expectations compared to other Best Westerns but still good.”

“Not as advertised! Pool closed! No golf! Room wasn’t serviced. Restaurant understaffed. No breakfast. Ice machine broke. No microwave in room.”

“Fantastic front desk staff who allowed our son to swim an extra 30 minutes past closing because we arrived late. Made his day after being in the car all day!”

“I am on dialysis and the hotel was very accommodating for me. My items were delivered there and they were helpful.”

“Went to the room and no water. Took grandkids so we could swim, and the pool was closed. We were moved to another room with water but kids still disappointed about pool.”

“I cannot express enough how amazing the staff was at this Best Western!! I had been in an accident and found myself stranded. Upon check-in, Jill and Brittany were very kind and helpful. The next morning Shelby was also kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with even fresh fruit being offered. The location was clean and well maintained, with AMAZING air conditioning. Which was essential during this heat wave. If I ever find myself in Morehead, KY I will definitely stay there again!!”

“Door lock falling apart, tv did not work when turned on, shower dipped the hole time, coffee packets-no coffee maker! Will not stay there again!!!!!!”

“The beds were hard and sunken in. That was our only complaint with the room. The chafing dishes did not heat the breakfast food properly so breakfast was cold and thus pretty bad. The staff was nice and helpful. Diana was great.”
