Hotel a St. Cloud

“Air conditioner was loud and not very cold. Other than that, the room was fine. Clean, comfortable and even though it was near a small airport we didn’t hear any noise outside. Btw, there’s no elevator.”

Said that cabin I paid for on Hotels.com was not available. The owners felt bad for me and were going to get me lodging. First, stating they were putting me in a nicer property closer to my destination. But ultimately provided a room in motel further from my destination and way less expensive than what I paid for. “I did not stay here despite my reservation and request a full refund of my money. Trying to check in after the posted ‘check in’ time, no one was the desk for 30 minutes of bell ringing. Returning two hours later, still noone there for another 30 minutes. I finally called the number on the front door(no where near the desk) and was told they did not have a reservation in my name.
