“We checked in on July 29th and were warmly welcomed by Jessica, the office manager. She was wonderful — friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. Even though the 2‑double‑beds room with a sofa bed we booked through Expedia was sold out (not OK) she quickly found us a king suite and handled the situation with professionalism. She truly deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay did not reflect the Hyatt standard. Our room had no hand soap, and the sheets in the sofa pullout were...

“What I did not like -- 1. Hotel was not up to Holiday Inn Express standards. 2. Room smelled musty 3. Breakfast - ? 4. THIS ONE will cause me not to stay at this location again. When we arrived and checked in on a Friday night for only one night. A $150.00 hold was placed on my charge card. This was in addition of the nightly charge of $150.00. I WAS NOT TOLD OF THIS AMOUNT OR TRANSACTION...We would not have stayed. This charge did not credit back till the following Friday...A WEEK..I did...

“I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room and common areas did not meet basic cleanliness expectations, and it was clear that housekeeping standards need improvement. Unfortunately, the staff also wasn’t very helpful when I had questions or needed assistance. While no hotel is perfect, I expect a clean room and attentive customer service, and this property fell short on both. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless significant improvements are made.”

“Purtroppo al momento sono molto delusa. La camera risulta con mobilio molto datato e rovinato. La te da del bagno sulla vasca è tutta strappata. La sedia della scrivania fa veramente “schifo”.
