“The water was not hot. There was really only one trash can, and there was no remotes to the cable box. Seen roach in the kitchen. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The towels were dirty looking.”

“When we arrived, there were problems with the room and the staff that was on the premises did what they could to fix things. We were booked to stay two nights so we spoke with the manager the next morning and while we were out, he got everything fixed. The Western Inn is a family owned hotel and they are in the process of renovating. From what we have seen, they are doing a great job. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a nice size. Ours had a big TV, refrigerator and...

“This is one of my favorite hotels because it is cheap and it is literally right by the bus station I am an extreme fan of the bus because it is extremely cheap literally only 2 dollars to ride around Memphis Tennessee all day”
