“Customer service was not helpful with applying for the rewards, but I stay at this exact comfort suites regularly at least once a month. I asked for help with signing up and the front desk, lady was very rude and didn’t even try to help when I asked for help. Other than that I always enjoy my stay here. ”

“We only stayed one night. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed that amenities. The pool, hot tub/sauna and lazy river looked amazing! Cinnamon rolls are always a highlight and like that you have scrambled eggs with nothing added. Wonderful variety!”

“The resort is undergoing renovations and things are a bit messy but the staff here is better than great. I went to a nicer place that was more money and wound up coming back here because to me the staff is the most important part of your trip.”

“Great balcony view. Hot tub was wonderful!! Cass worked the front desk the last 2 days and she was great in every aspect! I decided to stay another dayso Toni helped me this morning as she worked at the front desk today. She's awesome as well!! I called her at the front desk at 8 am and told her I was wanting to stay another night. She went above and beyond to help me.I will give her kudos on the review when I check out 2. Cass went above and beyond as well. She was very concerning and helpful...
