“I had high expectations based on the 4.8 star rating. We were extremely let down before even arriving to our room. No elevator. Dog droppings in the walkway to our room. The room was somehow updated, yet also out of date. New vanity, drawers, and bed frames, but the lights on the bed didn’t work, the beds were worn down, and the sink was slow to drain. Floors could’ve been cleaner. The bathroom was probably the biggest issue. The caulking needs redone which would really improve the appearance...
