Hotel vicino a Shrine of Remembrance - Melbourne

“Location is great but the curtains and cleaning ladies could use some improvement on light block and noise control”

“Top location at center of Melbourne CBD. Newly build hotel suits young family.”

“Overall, this is a pleasant stay in the new hotel. The only pity is that TFE doesn't record my booking in the hotel loyalty portal.”

“Good”

“A family of 4 split in two different rooms in two different floors...they did nothing to compensate. Too bad”

“Si”

“DANIEL Front Office Manager was outstanding He made our stay perfect while the front desk had lack in knowledges how to behave with customer requests. Stay excellent”

“Excellent facilities and close to transport, very clean rooms and friendly helpful staff.”

“The decor is gorgeous and the staff are super helpful. The restaurant and in room dining is also exceptional I must say. The gym also has a good amount of equipment for a good work out and the pool is 20m I think, maybe even 25m, which is great for getting a good swim also. The main downsides are the aircon which is subtle and takes some hours to get going so if it's really hot and you're expecting a room that cools down quickly you'll be sorely dissapointed. Everything else was good especially...

“Great location”

“Check-in was smooth and easy and the room I got was larger than I was expecting from the photos. Great location too”
