Prem 2Bed / 2Bath Gate House Cottage con accesso privato alla spiaggia!

Meraviglioso cottage indipendente pronto per il tuo rifugio perfetto! Camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, bagno privato completo, cabina armadio, TV a schermo piatto e accesso collegato al cortile posteriore appartato. Seconda camera da letto ha due letti singoli con ampio armadio e spazio per letto d'aria se avete bisogno di posti letto per più di 4 persone. La grande open space ha un soggiorno con divano in pelle, divanetto e TV a schermo piatto. L'unità ha una cucina completa, ben attrezzata con fabbricatore di ghiaccio e una bella sala da pranzo in stile caffetteria. Ha anche un parcheggio coperto.

La struttura dispone di connessione Wi-Fi gratuita, piscina riscaldata con area lounge Tiki Hut, molo di pesca con area di pulizia, bacino per parcheggiare la barca o noleggio barche, lavanderia, campo da bocce, 2 aree pic-nic con 3 griglie e splendide viste di fauna selvatica naturale e le barche che passano sull'Intercoastal Waterway.

Una breve passeggiata ti porta in cima alla più bella spiaggia di sabbia bianca negli Stati Uniti! L'area di Siesta Key Village è piena di ottimi ristoranti, negozi al dettaglio e alimentari, negozi di souvenir, bar e gelaterie. Giri gratuiti sono forniti in tutta l'isola da golf cart e trolley.

Il complesso non ammette animali domestici, motocicli, rimorchi o camper.

As stated..we could not open the door. Owner was VERY cooperative and helpful but sitting on the porch in 91° was very uncomfortable. Love the cottage and we will definetly be back! We are older so the beach was too far a walk for us BUT we loved the pool and its surroundings.

The cottage's location is perfect. The gulf on one side and intercoastal on the other. Good size for 4 people. I would only say that being there for a month, it would be great to have cleaning people come in half way thru rental and at least do the floors and bathrooms without an additional charge. I don't mind washing sheets and towels. I had to clean at least once a week. Also, the side yard needs attended to. We never used. All in all I will stay at this cottage again. Loved location.

Plus… location to the beach. Trolley stop nearby for added convenience. Master bedroom was large with updated bath. There were linens and towels provided. Area by the inter coastal was nice to sit and watch the boats. Minus… disappointing on arrival. Cottage is dark Screened in porch was where we spent most time for the light. This however needed a good cleaning. The beach chairs were rusted and umbrella broken. Very disappointed.

Great little place in SK. The pool was extremely clean, nice grills for cooking, not crowded. The fishing dock is fantastic. Only thing I’d change is swapping the two single beds for a queen. Don’t let the exterior fool you; the interior is up to date with remodeled bathrooms. Would love to come back! Uber to the village is only $7 each way, and there is a trolley stop a few seconds walk to the north. Pro tip: groceries are much cheaper off the island so hit the store before crossing the bridge.

We loved the quaint property. The pool and dock area are very nice, everyone was laid back and friendly. Short walk to the private beach, you get the best of both worlds. Cottage had all we needed.

Our annual Girls’ trip to Florida didn’t disappoint! This was a new property for us and we loved it. The best thing about it was the pool and no need for a car. You just walk out and flag down the trolly, Hopper, or golf cart. Only negative was there were not many essentials, like coffee and only 2 extra rolls of toilet paper. Make sure you stop at the store before you arrive for your necessities!

This house is cute. It’s small, quiet and has a great front porch. The covered area for the car was a nice perk. The owner was appropriately responsive to any needs. The private beach is nice but prefer to take the trolley just up the road to siesta main beach for close restroom access. One thing to know this place does not have a washer and dryer so pack accordingly, but it’s not a deal breaker. Also if you travel to the area. Don’t drive into the busy parts. Take the free trolley or golf cart drivers!

Would stay again. Didn’t bring shampoo because it said it had, but no big deal. Responsive owner. Sea Club is a good place to stay. Best of both worlds canal and ocean.

I loved this cottage. My family and I were able to see the sunrise by the bay and sunset at the beach. We walked to Captain Curt’s, the shops, the boating tours, and parasailing . Great location. We are going to try and get this place again in 2024

We had a great stay at Sea Club 2. The screened in front porch was great to have coffee on. The pool overlooking the bay was beautiful. The walk to the ocean was farther then we expected, however, when we discovered we didn’t need to bring down chairs it was much easier. Kitchen was fully stocked. Our stay was fantastic and we would love to return in the future.

Loved staying here! It’s close by the beach and fun restaurants. Also has a pool for relaxing. We love the KING bed and 2 twin beds and 2 bathrooms. It’s perfect for family. Had everything we we needed. Even a few gekkos 🤩 The host was super easy to get ahold of and was very responsive.

I would recommend this cute little house. It had all the amenities and things needed to go to the beach or pool. There were only a few issues like the freezer smelling like fish from previous recent guests, couldn’t get on Wi-Fi but didn’t notify Patrick, closet doors in extra bedroom didn’t open and close properly so just left them open. Just little things. We Def would stay there again.
