“The pool was only for 18+ and only at the health center next door. The air vent on the 3rd floor was so loud in the hall it was hard to hear someone walking beside you. The convention center next door played music until 11:30pm that I was unable to drown it out even with a white noise machine turned all the way up. There were two dirty washcloths hanging on top of my shower curtain from the previous guests when I walked in the room.”
