This charming 1200 square foot lake view cottage is perfect for year-round enjoyment, located on Lake Isle (1 minute to lake), a fantastic boating lake and ice fishing lake. Guests can take advantage of the beautiful scenery across all four seasons, with activities like canoeing, kayaking, and paddle boarding included in their stay (with life jackets for safety). The property features a private dock for easy access to the water, and in winter, ice fishing is just steps from the door, making it an ideal retreat for all outdoor enthusiasts. Note: a neighbour is building a house 2 lots away and there may be some noise from the build until August 2025.

This charming open-concept cottage features vaulted ceilings and lake views, with the primary bedroom and main 4 pc bathroom conveniently located on the main level, complete with a walk-in closet. The well-equipped kitchen includes essential supplies and appliances, while the living room offers a cozy atmosphere with a wood burning fire place, a pull-out couch, satellite TV, and Netflix access. Guests can also enjoy a designated office space, a 4-piece bathroom with a large walk in shower, and separate jet tub. Laundry on premises ideal for longer stays. Double doors lead to a covered patio with outdoor seating, and the upper level contains a loft bedroom with three single beds and a half bath, making it ideal for family or group trips. Mobility/Accessibility friendly since everything is located on the main floor with no steps, the 2nd floor has a 1/2 bath and 3 single bed bedroom.

The property features a private, unfenced backyard with a covered patio complete with a small dining area and BBQ, along with a fire pit available for guest use. In the front, there is a designated covered seating area and a gravel pad that can serve as parking or 60 feet of concrete driveway.

This charming home, situated just one house back from the lake, offers views of the Lake from both the living room, main bedroom, and various areas outdoors, although some portions of the view may be partially blocked by trees or nearby cottages. This cottage offers plenty of privacy. Guests enjoy easy access to the lake via a brief 30-second walk through the rear property path, perfect for canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding (included), and leads directly to a private dock that is removed for the winter on October 15th. While the dock won’t be available during the colder months, the path remains accessible for ice fishing, kayaking and accessing the lake.

This home offers pet-friendly (Dogs) accommodations and can host up to 6 guests, featuring a comfortable queen bed in the primary bedroom for 2, three single beds in the upstairs bedroom for 3, and a pull-out couch that can sleep 1 comfortably or 2 if necessary.

The pathway behind your property serves as a communal access point to the lake, owned by the province and intended for shared use by all residents. The blue arrows you mentioned indicate the boundaries of this land, while the blue flagging on trees by other property owners suggests efforts to protect their private property and discourage trespassing. It's important to respect these boundaries and the communal nature of the reserve land to ensure that everyone can enjoy access to the lake without conflicts.

We refresh our interior decor with the changing seasons, as each period brings its unique charm and aesthetic. For Spring/Summer, incorporating light colors and natural elements, while Fall can invite warmer tones and cozy accents like throws and pumpkins. For Christmas/Winter, creating a festive atmosphere with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree and seasonal ornaments brings warmth and joy to our home. Embracing these seasonal changes enhances the overall ambiance and keeps our living space feeling fresh and inviting.

To fully enjoy the beauty of nature throughout the seasons, you can engage in a variety of activities: In the fall, embrace the changing foliage with walks, canoeing, hot chocolate, and cozy bonfires. Winter offers ice fishing, snowmobiling, and warm gatherings by the fireplace. In summer, take advantage of canoeing, kayaking, and farmers markets, but be aware that the lake may not always be suitable for swimming due to potential blue-green algae; it remains a fantastic spot for boating and paddling. For swimming, beautiful day-use beaches are located in nearby Seba and Kawapaskin. GORGEUS Pembina River Provincial Park 17 min away, and there is Pembina river Tubing, Entwistle Outdoor Pool located 16 minutes away!

Guests are welcome to use the entire home during their stay; however, please note that the garage and mechanical room are off-limits for guest access.

This charming Lake ISLE Cottage offers a lake view and is conveniently located just a minute from Lake Isle, 15 minutes to Wabamun, and 8 minutes to Seba Beach, with a nearby boat launch only 2 minutes away. GORGEUS Pembina River Provincial Park 17 min away, and there is Pembina river Tubing, Entwistle Outdoor Pool located 16 minutes away! The open-concept main level features vaulted ceilings, a cozy living room with a wood fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchen, along with a main bedroom that boasts a queen bed and lake views. A loft bedroom with three single beds and a half bath is accessible via steep ladder-like stairs. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, a designated office space, a jet tub in the 4-piece bath, and access to canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards, complemented by a fire pit for evening relaxation. Situated 45 minutes west of Edmonton, this cottage is the perfect retreat for nature enthusiasts.

The property features a private dock for easy water access, in-floor heating for comfort, and clean drinking water from a cooler, while a thorough cleaning video ensures quality and accountability for each guest’s stay. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use, firewood must be provided by guests, and any trailers or RVs require prior approval and additional fees.
