“I knew we were in trouble when I saw the carpet in the hallway. In the room the floor was sticky. Every step in the room we could hear our shoes peeling off of the floor. The shower was dirty. I had to wear crocs in there. The baseboards were filthy. There were streaks of varying colors on the walls. It had a heavy, sour/sweet weird smoky smell. We asked if we could move rooms but we couldn’t until the next day. I will say the towels were clean and plentiful. The female staff were friendly and...

“Tv didn’t work Pool was closed and no one told us and it’s why we picked this place. Phone in the room didn’t work. Staff smoking cigarettes at the front door. A pair of used dirty underwear at the front door as you walk in. I want my money back. Do I contact you or the hotel bc they tell me you bc we booked with you.”

“This is the worst Super 8 that I’ve ever been to. They have no public restroom inside the lobby. When we got to the room there were no towels. The air conditioner made so much noise it kept us up most of the night. Breakfast is a joke. They offer package cinnamon rolls that were stale. Good Luck”

“Rooms are better than the outside looks lol - the room itself was clean. We were staying for a nearby festival so it was the perfect place to basically just crash and get ready for the next day.”

“Seems like a very old Motel, no bathroom counter space, sink is plugged, plaster falling from ceiling, door is bend, sheer was stained.”

“Country Inn and Suites at Tinley Park is a swell place to stay. Johnnie at front desk is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Isabel kept the breakfast room well-stocked with great food. She made everyone feel like special guests. We look forward to going there again”

“Lo único bueno es el precio, había cucarachas, olor a humo, marcas de quemadura de cigarros en el baño, instalaciones muy viejas, los alrededores del hotel dan la impresión de barrio peligroso, no hay desayuno solo una cafetera con café malo.”
