“I almost exclusively stay at the Holiday Inn chains when traveling inter-city. This particular one was one of the worser ones I’ve stayed at. Not sure if it’s because we stayed during the Fourth of July weekend but service was terrible. We didn’t have our room cleaned not one day. We called front desk, would request when leaving the room for the day, even kept the DND off the door. Nothing. Front desk super unhelpful and didn’t care. Also same breakfast every single morning. “We had a handicapped suite with the no curb shower. The curtain needs to be a little longer as the shower sprayer went onto the floor.”

“All of the staff that we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful! I do wish that they offered free breakfast and that the pool was open earlier in the day! My kids are up early in the morning and we are out doing things by 10 AM. Would have liked to let them go for a morning swim.”
