“This motel needs heavy remodeling. It shouldn't advertise breakfast included because it was just waffle, cereal and coffee (no coffee maker in the room). After hours, it has a video concierge that makes solving issues more complicated.”

We were told they did not have a public restroom, and the attitude from the male front desk employee was unnecessarily rude. When I returned later around 11:00 PM to check in, no one was at the front desk, and I had to wait for the attendant to unlock the door. “We didn't stay because the pool was closed becausw the health department closed it and that was the whole reason for the room. The guy said he wouldn't check me in and the money would be refunded. That has yet to happen. Would not recommend.”
