“The location of the property and short drive to the airport is fantastic! We made this our home base for our short 3 night stay while we explored several areas around the city. The home was clean, organized and had everything my family needed. We definitely want to stay here again. ”

“Quick stay for work. Got in late and just went to sleep. Comfortable room no complaints there. Next morning opened the window and noticed how dirty the room was. Not typical for this chain and may have been a fluke. Notified desk at check out and staff was very apologetic.”

“Room was great. I had a broken coffee maker that they promptly replaced with no fuss. Staff is very friendly and on top of things.”

“Airport Shuttle was good until it wasn’t. The pick up was great. The way back though, an appointment was made for 7:30am only to be told that the shuttle didn’t start til 8:00am even though the sign and desk clerk night before said 7:00am start for shuttle. The room was filthy. The floors need mopped, the walls need washed. It was pretty disgusting & sketchy. Probably a great location for shady activities but I’d steer clear with a family. ”

“Breakfast was disgusting sticky and totally unsanitary. Pool was also disgusting and unclean, floor falling apart When I brought up my concern to the management it was completely dismissed even though they guarantee 100% satisfaction ”

“Stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Tacoma International Airport this spring break coming from Vancouver with the kids, and overall it was a pretty good stay 👍 The suites are spacious and perfect for families—definitely nice to have extra room when traveling with kids. Price was also really reasonable compared to staying closer to Seattle, so it felt like a good value. Only downside was the pool being closed 😞 That was honestly a big disappointment since the kids were really looking...
