“Terrible smell. The mattress and pillows were super soft you would sink in the bed. The bedroom didn’t even have a small table to sit down have a coffee”

Also there was loitering and people hanging out in the parking lot outside our window on a Thursday Night (holiday long weekend) at 2:30-4am smoking and hanging out in the parking lot…. Management needs to stop this . I didn’t get any sleep . Have stay here before without issues, but this last stay wasn’t great”

“Lousy breakfast”

“Room was clean but had a little bit of a musty smell (think it was the air conditioner) but wasn’t overwhelming. Bed was very comfortable & staff were awesome!! Friendly, helpful and would go out of their way to help with anything, and this was not just one person, every staff member I came into contact with was over the top friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend. Great stay!!”

“Charlotte at the front desk and the good coffee was the best part of our stay. Checkin time is at 3:00 but our room was not ready. We never got check in until 6:00 without any compensation for our troubles. There were 2 other couples who could not get check in because the rooms had not been cleaned yet and there were no clean towels! She called the manager, James Ballard and he would not even come in to help with the problem!!! The room had missing lamp shades, cracked window blinds, and dirty...

“The check-in was in a different building. Odd but it worked. On 2nd floor with no elevator. Room was good size. Decent bathroom, small fridge. Beds and pillows were good. Saw indoor pool but did not use. Bfast was good with waffles and a couple hot items. Great location off Highway. Would stay again.”

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. When we arrived, the entire hotel had a strong odor of marijuana. Our first set of room keys didn't work, so we had to return to the front desk to have them reprogrammed before we could even enter our room. Once inside, we discovered that we had been given a room with one king bed, even though our reservation was for two double beds to accommodate three adults. As we were leaving the room to notify the front desk about the incorrect room...
