“Wonderful position to the local surrounds to get around on foot and room was clean and comfortable. Service staff friendly and a muddle up on arrival however being given somebody else's room keys at check in. I soon realised and reception reversed the charges that were made for this room as we had already paid ours. Would stay again.”

“We stayed there twice during our 3-week visit to family in the area. Very convenient location in the Cheltenham shopping area, and close to the train station. We appreciated space to spread out and eat in the apartment. The underground parking is somewhat challenging for larger cars.”

“We never actually stayed here because there was an unexpected water leak in the room, but I wanted to give 5 stars to the staff for their kind and timely handling of the problem.
