“I walked in exhausted there was one person at the check in counter and a line of people. As I was standing there awaiting my turn, I could not help but notice that the person behind the counter. She handled everyone quickly and politely. In spite of a couple of rude customers. As it was my turn I was greeted by Nicole who was professional, polite and helpful. Made my check in super quick. “The room was nice for the price. I was placed near the back so (hopefully), my 2 pups wouldn’t bother anyone. The fridge was cold, which is not the usual case in hotel rooms I stay, a real plus. I had a good night’s rest and would stay again.”

“Not well maintained. Had to change rooms because the door jam was broken and door didnt close all the way. The lock on the door was broken in 2 places. The jets in the tub were black. The bathroom smelled like urine and the toilet was wobbly. When asked about the room, they did graciously move is to another room that was better... at least the door would shut.”

“During my stay, I discovered numerous cockroaches in my room. I have photographs documenting the infestation. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk and was told that the manager would arrive at 10:00 a.m. and contact me to discuss the matter. “Staff was friendly, but that was about it. The hotel is old and rundown. ”

“We couldn’t sleep most of the night with a constant banging noise that kept us up. Very disappointed that nothing was done about it.”

“Room was clean although it appeared there had been renovation. Staff was cordial at front desk. parking was adequate. There is a mall across the street and many restaurants and fast food facilities. It is adjacent to Interstate I-95 and I-20. King bed was nicely made and clean .”
