“It was such a wonderful experience and a memorable stay in lower slaughter. very easy drive to other villages. It had everything you need to prepare your meals although we didn’t use it. The mansion near by is worth seeing. Everybody was kind and friendly. The owner was prompt to answer questions on location when we mistakenly arrived to the wrong spot, my bad, had clear instruction how to access the cottage whitch i gave to my daughter that opened it. made her feel like Sherlock Holmes:)) ...

“Loved this little place! It’s walking distance to all the shops. You really have to be okay climbing a latdder up to bed. My husband and I thought it was cute and part of the experience. The bathroom is downstairs, so if you frequent the bathroom multiple times at night the ladder could get tricky. ”

“Had a lovely stay , didn’t realise the stairs were quite so steep and a bit slippy. Especially after a night out!!”

“This was a fantastic stay. The house is really well equipped with everything needed for a holiday stay whether for a few days or longer. The rooms are all very comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of cooking equipment and a large fridge and freezer. I really appreciate how simply furnished the property was with large windows making it light and airy. The only slight issue was initially getting into the property, but everything was fine once in. “The cottage is very nice and has all you need for a pleasant stay. In case you need something and/or want some ideas what to do/where to go, Tichy ( Patricia) and Richard are ready to help. But the best thing about this cottage is it's LOCATION : starting from the cottage you can start kicking, cycling and you can visit a lot of little beautifull little towns, castles/mannors, gardens, ... after only a 30 min. drive. Oxford, Blenheim, the birthplace of Shakespeare, ... are within a 60 min....

“Myself, husband and our two teenagers had a good stay at the cottage. The condition of the place is excellent. All beds were comfortable. Great living room/dining room layout, plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen size perfect, great for preparing meals in, everything you could need. Outside patio very nice for breakfasting in the sunshine!This is our second stay in the property and we'd heartily recommend it.”

“Chapel Cottage is a spacious but cozy quaint home that is incredibly convenient to nearby county sites, villages, gardens and museums.Sophia and Hugh were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed several conversations when we just happened to be out in the adjoining gardens at the same time. The cottage kitchen is well stocked for cooking and many DVDs, books, and games are available.We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would not hesitate to rent Chapel Cottage again.”

“I spent the most wonderful week at Little Lemhill Farm Cottage. The cottage is on a beautiful Cotswold farm, that is surrounded by beautiful gardens, trees and a pond. It's very quiet and relaxing. The cottage is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with the most heavenly beds and linens. Melanie is a wonderful, welcoming host, who provided a very helpful welcome book, chock full of great recommendations for restaurants and tips for the local areas. Her recommendations were spot on.
