Hotel all inclusive a Sonoma

“I Wanted to give a special shout to Eileen at the front desk for being so warm and personable from the moment I stepped foot on the property to the moment I left it was warm and welcoming and very beautiful uncomfortable. And unfortunately, we did encounter a cold and rude male bartender on Saturday night. Outside of this experience everything was great and I’d 100 percent return again.”

“I never write a review but the property was so bad I had to warn others. We had the room under the stairs. Broken door knob on the entry door. There was an exterior door that was boarded up next to our bed making it feel like you were on the street when it came to noise levels. Very noisy. Daily cleaning of the room was not done or offered. 1 Star hotel at a 5 Star price.”

“Dolly (staff) was very nice and helpful. Everything about the property was just perfect. When I arrived on Sunday, I asked Dolly what time is wine hour. She told me no wine hour on Sunday. However a bit later, she served wine for us. That was so nice of her!!”
