“The staff demonstrated a friendly and welcoming demeanor. The room was clean and in a new condition, contributing to a comfortable environment. However, an extra charge for an hour early check-in was an inconvenience. Additionally, noise levels during our stay were very disruptive.”

“Very comfortable place to be. The building is thoughtfully designed, the staff is friendly and professional. Nice restaurant and bar on site. There is a free breakfast option with fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. The location is right downtown, easy walk to a number of restaurants, other businesses and a park. Valet or street parking only. Very nice vibe. We look forward to returning.”

“The outdoor pool area looked lovely, but I did not have time to use that amenity. Room was spacious, bed comfortable. No wine glasses in room. Only paper or ceramic coffee cups available. Poor option for a wine country venue. Tacky. Had to pay extra for second log in fire place. Housekeeping knocked loud on my door even though I had the “do not disturb” sign on my door. It was 9 in the morning. Some how I was charged for two nights instead of one.??? Still working to resolve this error...
