Farm house in splendid isolation situated by the sea and fields at the Fållnäs estate. Fantastic wild life around the corner

Newly refurbished. The main house is made up of two large rooms with combined kitchen, living room and bedroom

Next to the main house a new guest house has been built incl. a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom

300 meters to the sea where you will have a rowing boat for excursions and great fishing.

Garden furniture and barbecue included.

Bed linen and towels are not included.

The place of the house on a meadow with virtually no neighbors is really nice! In terms of comfort you have to make some sacrifices (incineration toilet), but in good weather conditions this is the place to absolutely relax for a week

Wonderful house in the countryside

We had a great time in the very nice house! The surrounding is extremly calm and perfect for relaxing. The house is very clean and roomy and full of light. The kitchen is perfectly equiped. We enjoyed it and will come back for sure.

Lovely secluded place

It was a wonderful experience to stay at the cottage. The owner is very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Lovely place to calm down in the middle of nowhere! Definitely a full recommendation!

So stellt man sich Schweden vor

Wir waren das erste Mal in Schweden und begeistert von diesen beiden kleinen Häusern. Es ist sehr einsam und man kann im Fjord schwimmen gehen. Es gibt viele Kirschbäume, und manchmal kann man Rehe oder Wildschweine sehen. Vielen Dank an die Familie Toll

cozy family getaway

it was a cozy mini adventure! cute and comfortable house of traditional style charmed us, very spacious and adorably chic, having luckily the nicesr weather found outside furniture perfect, eating self grilled food outside:) my dad even managed to get some fish from the pierce!! and we really felt like we had everything to just ourselves, thanks to the owner for giving the space. my big recommendation, and we will certainly come back:)

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt perfekt in der Natur. Hier kommt man zur Ruhe. Elche, Rehe, Wildschweine, unendlich viele Schmetterlinge und noch viele andere Tiere kann man vom Garten aus beobachten. Stockholm erreicht man innerhalb einer Stunde mit der Bahn. Diese Stadt ist ebenfalls wunderschön und einen Tagesausflug wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Tolle Hütte

Wir haben eine Woche in der Hütte verbracht. Die Lage ist ein Traum, die beiden kleinen Hütten haben uns (wir waren zu dritt), sehr gefallen. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr unkompliziert und super schnell. Am zweiten Tag ist er vorbeigekommen, falls wir noch Fragen hätten. Insgesamt eine wirklich sehr erholsame Zeit wenn mal Natur, Ruhe, Wasser und ein bisschen Einsamkeit sucht. Stockholm haben wir an einem Tag mit dem Zug erreicht, war auch sehr unkompliziert und sehr lohnend.

Hübsches Haus in wunderbarer Natur

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt inmitten der Natur sehr genossen. Wir haben in der näheren Umgebung alle Arten von Wildtieren gesehen, einschlielich Elchen. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Haus liegt etwas erhöht mit Blick aufs Meer, ums Haus blühen schöne Blumen und das ganze Grundstück wird im Juni ab acht Uhr voll von der Sonne beschienen. Das Haus mit Wohnküche ist sehr gemütlich. Bad mit WC und weiteres Schlafzimmer sind im kleinen Häuschen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Evtl wäre es eine Anregung ein paar Informationen im Ferienhaus zu hinterlegen - Anleitung für den Ofen, Außentoilette, ein paar Tipps zur Umgebung oder Ähnliches. Wie schon ein anderer Besucher geschrieben hat, ist das Haus besser für Sonnenwetter geeignet als für Kälte, da es nur einen Holzofen gibt. Für Leute wie uns, die einen Teil der Reise im Zug machen, wäre es komfortabler, wenn Bettwäsche und Handtücher vor Ort wären.

Summer house

The environment was really magnificent. It's situated within the forest about one km distant from the main road. You can see the water over there and the next settlement is at least 2 km's away. You can divide your time between short trips to have walks in beautiful nature and sightseeing trips to Stockholm. For that you go 12 km to Ösmo by car and then take the commuter train to the city. The houses are very well equipped with all you need. We learned how to operate an incinerating toilet - but that's ok. But we would definitely not rent the house again in the second half of September. When the outdoor temperatures fall to zero you need a heating. So we learned that the announced means for heating shouldn't be more than a decoration.

Landlust auf Schwedisch

Es handelt sich bei dem Objekt um ein wirklich sehr altes typisch schwedisches Häuschen, das mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und Geschmack renoviert wurde. Es sieht wirklich aus wie aus einem Landlust Wohnen Prospekt. Wenn man das Haus betritt richt man schon das leichte Raucharoma des alten Herdes, von dem mir allerdings nicht klar ist ob er noch wirklich funktioniert. Trotz der liebevoll erhaltenen alten Hausteile, wie Ofen, Einbauschrank, Tisch, Fenster ... wurde für zeitgemäße Annehmlichkeit gesorgt. Es fehlt an nichts. An den Fenstern gibt es zumindest zum Teil Fliegengitter und überall Verdunklungsvorhänge. Die Dusche ist neu und das Wasser schön warm. Natürlich gibt es eine Verbrennungstoilette, aber das ist für Schweden ja üblich. Schön fanden wir auch das passende Geschirr und die bequemen Betten. Vor dem kleinen Häuschen kann man schön und etwas windgeschützt sitzen. Zum Haus geht ein unbefestigter Schotterweg, der am Ende relativ steil ist. Es ist ziemlich abgelegen und der niedrige Elektrozaun ist nicht ganz unnötig. Wir sahen etwas entfernt Wildschweine und es gibt auch Rehe und Hirsche. Man hat wirklich das Gefühl in der Wildnis angekommen zu sein. Unseren Jungs hat das aber sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben mehrfach am Tag ein Rumpeln gehört, was vermutlich vom Beladen von Schiffen im gegenüberliegenden Hafen mit Beton oder Steinen herrührte. Mit dem Zug kann man sehr einfach in ca. 45 min von Ösmo nach Stockholm fahren.

So haben wir uns Schweden vorgestellt

Von der Straße geht es 500 m durch den Wald, das Objekt besteht aus 2 Häusern: 1x großzügige Wohnküche (komplette Ausstattung)und Schlafzimmer und 1x Schlafzimmer und Bad. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten, absolute Ruhe, sogar Elche konnten wir beobachten. Kein WLAN, sowie Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Stockholm haben wir bequem und günstig mit der Bahn erreicht
