“Posizione e soggiorno perfetto! Posizione strategica sia da girare a piedi che per prendere i bus e subway.Ristoranti e negozi tutto a due passi.Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera silenziosa e spaziosa quasi enorme per NYC circa 27mq e pulitissima con anche accappatoi per la doccia.Letti comodissimi.L’unica cosa il bagno un po’ datato e piccolo ma sempre impeccabile come pulizia.Non c’è servizio colazione ma in camera c’è tutto l’occorrente per fare colazione ;un microonde ,frigo...

“Booked this hotel due to the central location. Stayed here for two nights. Checked in on a Saturday and left early Monday morning. After a long day in the city on Sunday, we got back to our room and to our surprise, it had not been cleaned. Bed wasn’t made, no new towels, trash wasn’t changed, etc. House keeping did NOT visit our room at all during our stay. This is extremely odd and unacceptable.
